Coconut Bay Resort is a small but lively backpacker resort on the popular Korovou Beach along the North West side of Naviti Island. Accommodation is basic, there are a few organized activities but this is mostly a base to meet fellow travelers and laze on the beach.

Coconut Bay Resort is a small but lively backpacker resort on the popular Korovou Beach along the North West side of Naviti Island. Accommodation is basic, there are a few organized activities but this is mostly a base to meet fellow travelers and laze on the beach.
Coconut Bay offers private rooms in duplex bungalows (1 bungalow divided into two private rooms), each with a double bed, bunk bed and private en-suite bathrooms with flush toilet and cold water showers but no hand basin.
There is also a 16-bed dormitory with bunk beds for single travelers. The beachfront is picturesque with white sand but the lagoon is too shallow for snorkeling or swimming. There are several mountain trails, one of which leads 20 minutes to another protected bay with good snorkeling and swimming.
There's a restaurant serving set meals, a small bar and nightly entertainment. Snorkel gear can be rented for F$5 per day and snorkeling trips to swim with the Manta Rays (May to Oct only) cost F$20 per person.
Getting to Coconut Bay Resort is via Awesome Adventures catamaran the Yasawa Flyer. Yasawa Flyer departs Denarau Marina daily at 08:30 am and arrives at Coconut Bay at approximately 12:30 pm. If you are retuning top the mainland the Yasawa Flyer docks at Denarau Marina at approximately 17:45 pm.
The cost of a one way launch transfer is F$105.00 per person.
Awesome Adventures provides free courtesy shuttle transfers to and from most Nadi hotels.
