*There is a $10 transfer fee from the boat/plane to the Reort and a $10 transfer fee back again, which is in addition to the above rates and is non-commissionable.

Christmas/New Year Rate Surcharge
Rates for Oarsmans Bay Lodge carry a surcharge of 50% in respect of both accommodation and meals for the period 21st December 2005 through to 3rd January 2006.
The following conditions apply to OBL bookings:
• Meal plans are non-commissionable;
• Rates are subject to change with 30 days notice;
• The Resort only accepts credit card payments on the Island (no cash ever accepted);
• There are no refunds on confirmed bookings, but credits will be provided for future stays;
• All reservations must include the purchase of meals, even if meals are unused;
• There is a $10 transfer fee collected by the Resort on behalf of Joe’s Water Taxis in respect of transfers from the boat/plane to the Resort and a $10 transfer fee back again, which is in addition to the above rates, and is non commissionable;
• All guests will be required to complete a Guest Registration form which includes Terms and Conditions identical to those below.
