Mai Dive Astrolabe is on a spacious 47 acre property with green jungle slopes and a lovely one kilometer beach. Mai Dive is fully owned and operated by local Fijians from Tiliva village on Kadavu. An intimate resort, catering for only a handful of guests at a time, a genuine experience guaranteed.

Mai Dives specialty is scuba diving, and their location near the Great and North Astrolabe Reefs (the 4th largest Barrier reef in the world) means unrivaled access to some of Fiji’s finest soft coral diving. Mai Dive offers dive training programs at all levels.

Aside from diving, Mai Dive is a perfect base for kayaking, fishing, snorkeling, hiking or doing nothing at all! The snorkeling is great right off Mai Dives beach, and guided snorkeling tours by boat to see Manta Rays are a must, an unforgettable experience.

All facilities are within meters of the beachfront. There are two beachfront bungalows accommodating up to 4 people comfortably, as well as a beachfront lodge which can accommodate up to 10 people ideal for families and groups. Each accommodation has private bath, open air hot water showers, screening, private decks and 24hour electricity. Campers with their own tents are also most welcome!

The Dining is a mix of traditional Fijian Fare, western and eastern dishes that matches the owners and cooks cultural backgrounds. Simply delicious!

While their roots are Fijian, the 3 generations of family which live on this island paradise have lived and traveled abroad, this is their sea change, and you will be well catered for in every detail of your holiday.
