Liked: we met some great friends here and that is one of the only reasons why we stayed on. A couple of the staff are outstanding. The accommodation is well spread around the park.

Disliked: There were lots of activities displayed on the board every day but these never got played unless you badgered the staff. The food is not very good and quite expensive.

Liked: We stayed in a private room, which had en-suite and its own balcony. It was also good that you can use the facilities at its sister hostel, smugglers cove at a fraction of the cost.

Liked: Nice and cozy beach.

Disliked: The activities that were posted daily, seemed cool. But they never really happened. Remote location, you have no option but to buy their over-priced food.

Liked: Beautiful location, right on the beach with acess to (average) snorkelling and some great beginner/intermediate surf breaks. The surf instructor is a good guy and he'll take you out to some sweet spots.

Disliked: Having to pay a lot for little things like water and pop was a bit annoying. The food wasn't great value for the money. Eatable, but not a lot for the prices (17-20 FJD). Drinks were also on the expensive side. I'm probably a little spoild from all inclusives in Mexico though. Overall pricing seemed appropriate compaired to other hostels in the area.

Liked: Front desk staff

Disliked: The restaurant has 1 vegetarian option so don't go to this place for too long unless you wish to eat chow mein for a few days. The furniture is tired, as is the pool and the disintegrated path to connect everything. There was lots of staff around but I wasn't really sure what they were doing. The 4 guys sitting at the bure were not able to take the kayak I used from the beach to the bure, all but 20 meters as they were sitting down and chatting so I had to drag it there myself. The flash went out of this "flashpacker" resort and it's just an ordinary backpackers now, nothing special about it.

Liked: the beautiful view on the beach and the services for free

Disliked: that ur totally dependent on the resort. there is nothing around, no supermarket or anything to buy some stuff

Liked: The facilities were excellent such as the free kayak, good restaurant and lovely beach. There is a list of activities happening all the time and they also have the option of doing diving or fishing.

Disliked: The bathrooms were a little rustic otherwise everything was brill.

Liked: The things that make this place are : a number of the people who work there who are friendly and entertaining; and the food is excellent. It`s best for the young traveller.

Disliked: The hygiene in the communal areas esp toilets is poor

Liked: really amazing place: sprawling, beautiful, all the advertised facilities present and correct - went in down season and had an enormous dorm all to myself. Daily maid service cleans and makes the beds. 1 hour from town if you need to shop or just leave the compound - but i never felt the need to. onsite PADI dive centre very cheap, loads of people getting qualified.
