The staff is very helpful and provides lots of information about the city. Ask for the safe if you want to lock your valuables away.

people are very very very kind and helpful, super clean everywhere, you can leave your valuable in a LOCKED security box at the reception when you are out, free internet, beds which are not bunkbed, cute and cozy rooms, and the relaxed atmosphere!

I really loved the bathrooms- very clean and private. Felt more like a hotel than a hostel. The rooms were also really nice- not a party atmosphere at all, which was a good thing.

we stayed in an apartment away from the hostel. around the corner. it was a really nice place best location right in old town. perfect for a few days stay.

We had a really nice two-bedroom, the decoration was like the old town, medevial, but modern.
It is really near to the old-town, maybe 2 minutes to walk.
Very nice staff, she helped us with all our questions and explained us some ways for example. I would go there again!

The staff is very friendly. The place has a kitchen which is a good room to meet people. It is central in the old town and close to bus and train.

We stayed in 'Vene N' and the apartment was excellent. The location was right in the old town (on Vene Street) and the flat itself was very well kitted out. It felt like a fancy home from home.
