Liked: location is perfect and great value for money

Disliked: we could not pay balance with a credit card had to be cash which was ok aswe had enough money with us but anyone on a tight budget would be struggling . also the towels provided were little more than a tea towel but we asked and got another one it would be good to warn travellers on your site that they have to pay in cash on arrival

Liked: great location, very helpfull staff. It was really clean and looks more like a hotel than a hostel. The kitchen is awesome as well. The prices are absolutely competitive.

Disliked: everything was perfect!

Liked: it was a warm, comfortable, atmospheric place to stay, in a good location in the old town.

Disliked: there isn't always hot water and the towels are really small so take your own.

Liked: Location near the Old Town and smilyness staff are only proses of this hostel

Disliked: 1. Rooms without wardrobe and any insulation. 2. Hot water is only from boiler, so, you can take a shower at deep night or near 16 p.m., because in the morning or evening hot water is not enought for all tenants 3. Nowhere was written, that you should book parking place on hostels free parking. Staffman said, that we should stay our car on paid parking

Disliked: Staff was unhelpful. When asked whether there was a converter available she said no. Answers to questions were monosyllablic. Mixed dorms do not have a key to the door. Door is always open. And there are no lockers to put your stuff. Therefore, security is an issue. You need to carry all your valuables with you. Location is not fantastic too. Its a little off from old town. But I guess maybe all this is expected from the price of the hostel.

Liked: It is a nice place for travelers who prefer a quiet and not so pack environment. I like the old style of interior design as what we can see from the website and it do provides a very complete and cosy kitchen for those who wish to cook themselves in the hostel.

Disliked: Properly the hot water shower which was sometimes can't provide hot water due to over used by other guests as it is using boiler for the hot water shower system.

Liked: Comfy beds. Good showers. Guesthouse is quiet for sleeping.

Disliked: Not good for meeting others. Kitchen needed some smaller pans.

Liked: Great location. The staff were good. They couldn't find our booking at first but the staff were friendly about it and eventually after a bit of digging did find it.

Disliked: Initially we weren't given a key to our private room! We had to leave it unlocked whilst we went and asked for one (which we were given for a small deposit).

Liked: Magnificent arrangement - only three steps to an old city. Purely. The benevolent personnel. The unique remark concerns a toilet: it is impossible to guess, the premise is occupied or is free, therefore each visitor tries to open a door - it would be desirable to see the indicator "is occupied".

Liked: Beautifully decorated, the lounge and the kitchen could well belong in a much more expensive hotel. The staff were not as knowledgeable and did not give us good directions to get to the bus station, we ended up in the suburbs and had to find our way back, but it was hard to get any info from the locals. The bathrooms had a smell of stale water. The rooms on the ground floor have windows facing the street level with no protection whatsoever, they could be broken into quite easily. Would look elsewhere when going back to Tallinn.
