Liked: bunks have 1.5 size bed on the bottom - big enough for the two of us

Disliked: The dorm room didnt lock and there are no lockers. Also we were put in the guesthouse building, which is a couple doors down from the main building and reception. Therefore you must go to the main building and get someone to let you in, and if there is only one person working you could have to wait to get in. There is also only one shower for the whole guesthouse (9 beds).

Liked: Good location, peaceful and nice. Clean rooms

Disliked: 5 people were located in 2 separate rooms, we would have wanted to stay in the same but didn't know beforehand that we couldn't. The Hostel didn't have proper towels for everybody.

Liked: The location was great, right in the Old Town. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful when asked for information.

Disliked: It was pretty stuffy in the room (ground floor) at night, even with two windows open, but it is Summer and being a northern country it is not surprising they don't have AC. The noise level was something that was bothersome. Always bring earplugs!

Liked: Excellent location, cleaning ladies doing their job properly, nice interior especially the kitchen.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was clean, with free parking space and in werry good location. Interior was werry nice and old stile.

Disliked: Breakfast was 4 eur, but not offerred even a choice of eggs, so it was too much for coffee, sandwich and cirreal.

Liked: Location is great, especially if you're arriving by ferry, it's ten minute's walk from the pier. It's close to the old city walls. Wifi was reliable and there's an internet PC too. Pleasant relaxing area where you can meet people. Staff are helpful with lots of info posted. It has a certain home style charm.

Disliked: I found it too cramped for a 6 foot tall person. The beds are very low and fixtures are set for shorter people. Rooms get stuffy and opening the window you will have people passing by the window a meter from your bed. Take ear plugs!

Liked: Fantastically clean and pleasant - fittings, rooms, furnishings, kitchen etc all very nice quality, not cheap or nasty, certainly a cut above what you usually expect in a backpacker's.

Liked: Soft beds? Some staff were really helpful.

Disliked: The tall lady staff wasn't very approachable or helpful. The younger staff can be great. Disliked staff coming into common room and speaking estonian loudly...prevents travellers from enjoying space. one room is ground floor on the corner of two streets...can be noisy. It's open 24hrs however...when I was there...the staff left many times locking the door...and stating would be back in 30mins. You were locked out.

Liked: The nicest living room i saw in an hostel. Really well located as well and cozy place if you want to relax.

Disliked: Our 6 bed bedroom's door was never locked, they keep it that way cause it's easier since they only have 2 or 3 keys for the door.

Liked: Very nice and clean hostel. I stayed at room on a ground floor which was a 5 bed dorm with no bunk beds :) Very nice. Staff was present 24/7 and supervised that we were quiet at late hours so, not so much of a party place, but very good for a good night sleep.

Liked: The location was perfect and every hour the staff cleaned the toilets and showers. You can walk in and out every hour en drop your key at the reception.

Disliked: WiFi doesn't work well in all the chambers of the hostel and some beds could be better.

Liked: I cannot fault this place for the price you pay. I stayed in a dorm which was really nice. The showers were powerful and checked hourly by the staff. It is in a great location, would defo recommend and stay there again if I went back.

Disliked: I didn't dislike anything, it was all great.

Liked: location, atmosphere

Disliked: - staff is a little bit complicated. we had to sleep in the guesthouse (located in the neighborhood of the hostel) and didn´t get an own key. Thus, we always have to ask for a key at the reception in the hostel before we can get into our rooms. - we slept in a dorm for 6 persons, but a 7th bed was placed in our room for two nights - there was very little space
