Free internet and breakfast included as well as towels and bed linen. Relaxed atmosphere was really good too and the kitchen was very clean and easy to use.

The management and staff were professional and enthusiastic and also helpful.Closeness to railway and bus stations.I stayed another night on 14/9/2008 upon completion of my course.Suitable for all ages.

Great location. Free internet. Nice and clean. Comfy beds. Lockers in rooms. Hot showers.

The staff were all fantastically helpful and never stopped looking after the guests and the facilities - keeping dishes washed and put away, the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned, floors vacuumed etc. It made the stay very easy. Nothing was too much bother.

The staff are friendly. Travellers who made payment by cards would be charged an additional pound.

relaxed, 24 hour entry via door code, hot showers, friendly staff, great value, great communal areas...cans of beer in the vending machine (central backpackers will be my first choice of accommodation in future)

A little hard to contact by phone, but once you arrived, it was a great atmosphere. They have a nice movie and book collection for those days when you just can´t walk around anymore, and they´re very close to the train station which is nice when carrying a heavy backpack...

If you want to meet people from all around the globe this is a great place. It can be a bit noisy, but that is to be expected at a hostel. Staff were very helfpul and friendly.
