Liked: Close to the city, felt very friendly.

Disliked: It is close to 3 night clubs, which meant that the room would be loud or warm. However, ear plugs were provided free of charge.

Liked: It was clean and the 12 bed mixed dorm that I was in was spacious with wide, comfortable bunk beds and lockers. I was offered the opportunity to borrow a padlock for the locker on arrival if I didn't have one and a free towel, breakfast and internet was included in the price.

Disliked: My room was at the front of the building opposite a nightclub and the first night (a Wednesday) none of us could sleep until 2am because of the heavy dance music which was pounding very loudly. Fortunately, the second night was better. The hostel seemed a bit low on shower and toilet facilities given how many dorms there were but if you carefully timed when you got up then you could miss the rush.

Liked: The atmosphere and friendliness. The shower rooms and toilets were fantastic and clean.

Disliked: At first glance it seemed unsafe and the building was grotty.

Disliked: Noisy at night but not unbearable. Some people in our room were very precious which made getting organised the next morning difficult, but that's not the fault of the hostel

Liked: Small and cozy hostel. Computers for guests free of charge. Nice livingroom with tv and lots of films. Nice and clean kitchen.

Disliked: There was a lot of noise from a night club near by.

Liked: We 2 people live in a 12-person dormitory for one night. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you arrive early, you could put your luggage in their luggage room free of charge. In the dormitory, everyone has one locker. Staff will borrow a padlock to you if you dont have one. Free wi-fi with very rapid speed. no problem to load HD video on youtube.

Disliked: not very easy to find ;)

Liked: Friendly staff and generally fine place to stay. Really ideal location . What was really good was that we were able to leave bags after checking out , as we were going to be walking round oxford the whole day, and could easily collect them at the end.

Disliked: the only thing is that its on a main road of nightclubs and on a saturday night you definitely need the complimentary earplugs to sleep, that is if you're not out clubbing yourself!

Liked: This Hostel is in the centre of Oxford, which is great for young people like us. We had a great choice of bars, pubs and clubs in the direct neighbourhood. So if you don't have a problem with a bit noise and you're looking for partying and clubbing, that is the place to be!

Disliked: The price for a shared-dorm is compared to other cities a little bit to high (about 2 -4 pounds per night).

Liked: had smaller share rooms so was alright compared to other places we've stayed at

Disliked: shower and bathroom facilities could be better. only one shower and one bathroom at one end of the hostel. so didnt really feel like it was equipped for having many travellers

Liked: I stayed in a 6 bed, female only room and it was great - there were lockers in the room with complimentary padlocks (although they don't fit luggage, but you can put valuables inside). The breakfast that was included was typical - some cereals and toast, but it was fine. Their facilities were fun and clean. I didn't go with the intention of meeting other people but it seemed like a good place to do so. Also, the location was perfect - 5 minute walk from both the train station and the bus station.

Disliked: Nothing!
