Liked: Friendly and funky place, superb location to train station and centre town.

Disliked: Kitchen and room are not very tidy.

Liked: Had a luggage room and allowed early drop off of luggage (before check in). Very close to both bus and train stations. Staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Tatyanna left no negative feedback.

Liked: Location is close to the bus station and not far from main shopping areas.

Disliked: For the price it just isn't enough. I don't mind staying at shady places when the price is super low, but this place wasn't that clean and the staff was obnoxious. They were always playing loud music in the mornings, and one tried taking my clothes from the bathroom stall as I was changing. Also, there are no small lamps in the rooms so if you come back late at night it is impossible to get ready for bed without waking people up. Finally, the breakfast they advertise is a joke. It's nothing but old bread and jam.

Liked: The vibe, facilities, staff, location and what was on offer.

Disliked: The lack of space for your food in the kitchen. The tiny fridge!

Liked: Central location is ideal for buses/trains and for experiencing the local nightlife Showers were awesome.

Disliked: Night club next door played loud music until the early hours of the morning.

Liked: For nineteen pounds, it was great to get a breakfast and free internet along with a bed for the night. The rooms were spacious, and the U-shape of the rooms provided a sense of privicy. The location was convenient, and I felt safe. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: There was a pub next door that got a bit loud, and although there was a quiet-by-ten policy in the hostel, it wasn't strictly reinforced.

Disliked: Bathroom and showers were disgusting. Noise from street and clubs outside meant i got no sleep.

Liked: the location is very convenient, few minutes walk to Oxford train station and coach station. for muslim, there is 1 halal restaurant nearby ("La Dosa") with reasonable price.

Disliked: the dorm is a bit crowded with limited space to put your luggage and move around

Disliked: we were there by car at the weekend. there is a car park near from the hostel conviniently. But it is also the most expensive car park that we ever been - more than 30pounds if more than 24 hours!

Liked: Great location.

Disliked: Perhaps would have been nice to have individual lamps for each bed, or at least more than one light for the whole 10-bed room - made it awkward with people coming at going at different hours!

Liked: its location was great and the atmosphere was friendly and informal. Maybe a bit too informal, but this is not always a fault.

Disliked: It could be a little cleaner, but I have nothing to complain about.

Liked: Quiet rooms clean very good 5 nights sleep. Free wifi a big plus. Free breakfast very welcome. Good price. Staff helpful & friendly

Disliked: Nothing. Kitchen is small but we managed

Liked: Excellent location, helpful staff and great that you can leave your luggage for free after you have checked out.

Disliked: A little noisy at night due to being on a main road and next to a nightclub, but nothing that earplugs can't fix.

Liked: very close to train and bus station, close to town centre, breakfast included. Tea & Coffee available through the day.

Disliked: 14 bunks tightly packed into the room, no room for luggage. Very hot and stuffy in the rooms, and very noisy (street noise, pub noise) if windows are open.

Liked: The location was great. Close to the trains and the major sights.

Disliked: The rooms were ridiculously cramped and extremely hot.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful as well as very friendly and funny. The atmosphere was great -- really student-friendly and laid back. GREAT location -- probably a 2 minute walk from both the train station and the bus station. About the same distance to a City Sightseeing bus stop, and less than a 10 minute walk to a cheap take away meal at the Tesco or a (fairly) affordable pub meal at the Four Candles. You get codes for your hostel room door and for the front door -- I felt safe, and it was in a safe area. Overall a great pick for Oxford.

Disliked: It is next to a pub, and I was unfortunately awoken at 2am because of some loud, drunken, rude American guys getting kicked out. But I think that was a fluke situation.

Liked: Pool Table, WIFI and free breakfast. The shower room was quite substantial too and seemingly well looked after.

Disliked: Lack of space in the common room and bedroom.
