The staff are pleasant, friendly and willing to help if they can.
It is a lively bustling atmosphere, some of the staff make you feel at home, relaxed while free to get on with your own thing.

The hostel is good. Very nice ambient, clean and in a nice place. But I couldn't sleep in the night I stayed there. Staff should have more control in drunk guests. I was tormented by several drunk guys which spent the night entering and leaving my bedroom, just for fun.

This hostel was value for money in every way! Clean bathrooms, spacious rooms with lockers, very large and functional kitchen and free continental breakie. Very central location with the city centre only a few minutes walk away. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the manager was clearly putting in 110% to ensure that everyone was having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. This hostel is definitely a 'must stay' while in Oxford...can't wait to come back!

2 min walk from bus station and they had peanut butter at breakfast. (ok, so it wasn't Skippy, but how many hostels offer peanut butter with breakfast?)
