Liked: The hostel is so close to the city centre and there is everything you could need no more than 10 minutes walk away. It's even less than 5 minutes walk from the train station to save lugging suitcases. Inside the hostel is so colourful and bright, it was amazing. The staff were very friendly, understanding and helpful. It was clean and the beds were freshly made when we arrived. We stayed in the large mixed sex room, but were not disturbed at all due to the rules on making noises in the bedrooms. The common room is comfortable and has a pool table, and the kitchen is a good size and quite well equipped. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and a range of breakfast was provided free. The only complaint I have is that one of the toasters was broken, but that just meant we made more friends in the queue!

Liked: Have stayed at a few of the hostels in Oxford... this is by far the best one.It's location is great, staff are really easygoing and helpful, rooms are clean and they work hard to keep a great atmosphere going.Would recommend to anyone!

Liked: It was full of friendly young people. The manager was always there.There was a strange smell in the room and the beds weren't so comfortable, but overall it is really worth its price.

Liked: great place, super friendly people. a little noisy being next to a night club but still ok. stayed in a girls dorm of 10 and mattress sure needs to be replaced, just foam, no springs & u sink. other than that the place had a fantastic atmosphere.
