Liked: Extreamly friendly staff, just 500 meters or so to Fistral beach/town centre, bars & pubs. Also near to a Sainsburys store. Storage for your surf gear

Liked: Staff and guests were all extremely friendly and welcoming, wide range of nationalities stopping there which made for interesting conversation. The site not having a curfew also helped. overall and excellent place to stay, would recommend to anybody and everybody..

Liked: Only stayed there a night and arrived late but was cool, receptionist was nice and friendly, everyone very chilled and a cosy common area at the front provides a great way to meet other travellers and chill out. Massive video and DVD collection!

Liked: The atmosphere was amazing. This is a very chill, very surfer oriented hostel. The decor is hilarious, the owners willing to store your things in the office or help you out at odd hours. Everyone knows what the surf is like or the best place to go out at night. The kitchen is large, the lounge homey, and the surf gear storage is large and convenient. The security could be better, and any valuables should be left with the owners.

Liked: well set out showers and surfboard racks all facilities great, really nice helpful staff, excellent place to stay 10/10. We stayed for another 3 weeks.

Liked: Went on a lads weekend. 5 mins walk from the town center, its just a roof over your head and a shower! thats all you need!! good value for money.

Liked: The staff were friendly and relaxed, the dorm was clean, the communal area was very welcoming especially the sofa's. The sauna was a good addition. We were close to Newquay centre and you were free to come and go as you pleased. i will definately book back into the Newquay backpackers next time i visit Newquay
