All our standard room features a single sized-beds with the exception of our double rooms, cupboard, TV, washbasin, dressing table (with a mirror) and kettle.
Please bear in mind we're offering budget accommodation at a reasonable price.
The toilet and shower are located down the hall from your room.

GROUP BOOKINGS
We will employ a security bond policy to groups larger than 5 or more. It is in our discretion to waive this,
We require £20 per person, this bond will be held through the course of the stay and may be refunded after room inspection - depends on the condition of room.

Our check in time is from 11am to 11pm

We reserve the right to charge an early check-in fee of £10 per hour till 11am and a late check-in fee of £10 per hour after 11pm.

Standard checkout is by 11am, you can arrange to extend your stay for an additional £10 per hour after standard checkout time. If you decide to pay to extend your stay you must leave by 1pm.

All Group bookings of 4 or more may be asked a security bond of £20 per person which will be held by us through the course of their stay and depending on the state of the room, the bond will be returned.
