Liked: We overslept and were threatened with violence by the hostel receptionist because we weren't apologetic. While we should have checked out at the appropriate time, this was totally unacceptable. I hope the man responsible (he was working April 5) is held accountable. He acted like he had just gotten out of prison and this was a job to help him integrate back into society. Not a good start.

Liked: It's good hostal, not bad, but not amazing, it's very good location, but I think it's too expensive for the few services they offer.

Liked: Good outlook of the hostel, but sleeping place too cramped. People there too noisy and made me cannot sleep well.

Liked: nothing, it was everything awful!! people came in our bedroom with a key but they weren't in this bedroom, there weren't a moment's peace, it was cold...

Liked: great setup. rooms are good and clean. showers abit akward but good. staff are lovely. and lounge/ kitchen set up is great. good location too, nice one.

Liked: Best hostel I have stayed at in a long time. Great choices on everything from room size to entertainment etc

Liked: The hostel was average in many ways. It is a good place to meet people and the TV room was very, very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful when you asked them questions about the city. The breakfast was also average, I have experienced both better and worse at hostels in Europe! A little bit far from some attractions but there is a major city bus terminal 5-7 minutes walk away and the tram is there also. Overall, I would recommend this hostel to travels staying in Manchester!

Liked: good central location, reasonably clean rooms, staff were for the most part knowledgeable and helpful.. only downsides were the noise in the hostel - both from outside and from other guests and the fact that there never seemed to be hot water in the showers regardless of what time of day you went... but aside from that it wasn't a bad place to stay

Liked: i would in every hostel a loker ,also small, in every room dormitory for every bed to put own thinks and so women can clean better the rooms
