Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful. The location is also really great.

Disliked: It was a bit cold inside the room and the bathroom.

Liked: I stayed here a while ago, can't remember a great deal about it. It was fine, easy to get to, nice staff

Disliked: Had to pay for wifi. Had trouble having a hot shower on one of the floors

Liked: The warmness of the room, the 24 hours toasts and coffee and the central location

Disliked: Had to pay for the internet (wifi),the street light is directly in the room,noisy roommates.

Liked: close to bus and train stns friendly staff beds ok, but bedroom was warm enough internet NOT free kitchen could be a bit small for such a big hostel all the toast you can eat for brekky an ok place to stay in an overpriced city with not much competition

Disliked: nothing in paricular, maybe the spring mattress I slept on could be due for a change, but my wifes seemed ok. bigger kitchen would be great stop advertising free internet on website staff very friendly and helpful though

Liked: This property is in a great central location, the staff are very friendly and the hostel has a sociable, laid-back vibe.

Liked: Clean, beds were comfortable, lockers were provided, central location.

Disliked: Room was right near a street light which kept it lit all night. Room was also next to the chill out room was also a bit loud as the TV volume was kept up high all night.

Liked: it's central location was convenient for getting to piccadilly and shops. the other guests and staff were friendly.

Disliked: in the morning i was awaken early by the other people sharing the room.

Liked: this hostel is excellent!The staff especially were very nice and helpful the common room was nice and chilled out, free toast and tea awesome! great place to meet people, I was only here one night but met several great people and had a fun time going out with them which was awesome since I came by myself.

Disliked: The only negative here is that you have to pay for wifi and the computers arent cheap either
