viktoriya volzhinahostel Hatter was in 10 minutes from coach station on famous Newton Street so I find it easy. I really like this hostel! I meet very nice British, France, Poland and Americans gays from New York . In the evening when it was dark outside I didn’t go out because I have know orientation in Manchester. So I watched the movies in big wonderful TV-hall of Hatters. Every evening I used very clean and comfortable kitchen and wached movie on big TVscreeen about love with American actor Tom Cruse and film about war between Germans and British – when British people booming Berlin 2World war 1945. Also I watched News and one interesting British programs about food. I’m really enjoyed my hostel and Manchester. Now I know that it’s not industrial and sporty city – also is a lot of entertainments and events! I walked all the days from morning till evening and visited University, Business cllege, Museums, Churches, and Art Gallery. Especially I was impressed gothic style and design of Town Hall in Albert Square. http://www.manchester2002-uk.com/buildings/town%20Hall.html Also I visited Tesco, Sainsbury and ALDI is not so far near Hatters :)) Vicky |

Maike Willersit was very close to the citycentre, so to everything you can do in manchester. also good that the kitchen is open all day and night, so you can make sth to eat whenever you like, and there is even free toast, tea and coffee all day, which was great. the showers were hot and clean, and there were enough of them, so you didn't have to wait for someone to get ready, there was always a free shower. |
