Customer reviewfairly close to the closest train station. really, clean and not very busy-so likely to get a room to yourself which is good if you want time to sleep and rest but not good if you want to meet people. internet is expensive there,.and they have wifi but you have to pay more for that than using their computers. other facilities are good! cheap washer and dryer!!! friendly helpful staff :) |

Customer reviewGreat great hostel. It was so worth the money, especially with the HI discount! the 4 pound breakfast was worth it as well. I left for my train with a completely full stomach. Super clean compared to most hostels and super helpful staff. Highly recommended! |

Customer reviewGreat place to stay, next to the water, very clean, helpful staff, nice rooms. Only minor things are knifes in kitchen are not sharp for cutting and the location is not the best but still a walk away from the centre not a bus trip or anything. |

Customer review- Location - central, and still comparatively quiet/ calm location overlooking the canal, without the usual traffic noise (though occasional train, but not too loud...) - Rooms with only 4 beds instead of huge dorms and en-suite (which has a rather noisy automatic ventilation though - not so good in middle of the night...) Members kitchen unfortunately rather small and not particularly well equipped. |

Antony CollinsEverything! Particularly the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff! They were excellent. Always smiling and ready to help. They made the atmosphere extremely pleasant. The standards of the rooms were excellent you would not have believed it to have been a youth hostel, moreso a hotel. I would reccomend this hostel to anyone, I shall definately be staying again. 20/10 |

Bevan KovitzLoved the free wi-fi, wonderful breakfast, and friendly staff. The building itself is really beautiful with a neat location, and gives great value for money (hotel quality at hostel pricing). Don't reccomend paying for dinner as the meals I did have were disappointing for their price, but everything else was great. |

Cheryl TuckerPurpose built, lots of communal rooms. TV room, games room, bar etc. Serves dinner until 8 which is good. Nice small dorm room - only 4 beds. |
