I found it was excellent value for money, and the staff were always very polite and welcoming. The location was great and as the Metro was only a 5minute walk from the hotel.

Room spacious and comfortable with lovely ensuite. Staff helpful and friendly. Tramlink close by with 5-10 minute journey to city.

Staff very friendly and helpful, great location (my stay involved a visit to Man Utd ground). Facilities were fine, breakfast is one of the best I've ever had there. Possibly a little bit of money could be spent on a few cosmetic things. Overall, I would recommend and would return there in future no problem.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a spacious room with a small sitting area. The furniture was nice. The hostel staff was very friendly and helpful.

friendliness of staff and services. Staffs are Fab!!!! However, what should be improved is the smell of cigarette in the room that keeps me awake with headache until next day.

excellent location for those wanting to be near/in the city and have somewhere to park your car for free

Despite it not being in the town centre, it was so close to the tram, it took no time at all. Also for sports fans, it is so close to the football and cricket ground. Staff were very helpful in giving me directions to the hotel
