CHECK IN BEFORE 11PM. If you wish to cancel your reservation, you will need to notify us by email or phone 48 hours in advance of your arrival date by 2.30pm (and 7 days before the arrival dates of the 29th, 30th and 31st of December 2013 ). However, if you only let us know the day before your arrival, or fail to show up on the arrival date, you will be charge in full for your stay. If you fail to show for your booking, your full booking will be cancelled. If you arrive a day late without informing the hostel, we will try and find you a bed, but this may not be in the same room type booked and may incur extra charges. we do not accept any children in our hostel and groups bigger than 5 people.

Greenwich is on the Overland Train routes - which start from Charing Cross (for Trafalger square), Waterloo East or London Bridge. The trains run every 15-20 minutes at peak hours and every 30 minutes at all other times to woolwich arsenal! Alternatively the DLR (Docklands Light Railway) runs about every 10 minutes from Canary Wharf to woolwich Arsenal then catch the 51 bus which drives along side the river taking less then 5 minutes also the DLR runs to north Greenwich in which you can catch the 472 bus to bus stop name Warspite road, we are situated opposite the bus stop.
From Heathrow Airport:
Catch the underground to Canon Street or London Bridge and then the overground train to Woolwich Arsenal the hostel is only 5 minutes walk away.
From Victoria Station Train and Coach Station:
Catch the Circle or District Underground lines to Cannon Street and then the overground train to Woolwich Arsenal or get the DLR from Stratford or to the city straight to Woolwich Arsenal then walk for 10 mins or catch the 51, 53 to the hostel taking just to minutes around Trinity Church bus stop.
From Gatwick Airport:
Take the Thameslink train to London Bridge and then connect to the overground trains to woolwich arsenal.
Take the train to London Liverpool Street, then the central underground line to Cannon street and then the overground train to Woolwich Arsenal.
From Waterloo Station:
Take the Jubilee underground line to London Bridge and then the overground train to Woolwich dockyard. Post Code SE18 3EP
By Docklands Light Railway:
Catch the underground Central Line to Bank Station and hop on the Docklands Light Railway a few short stops to Woolwich arsenal! It is a 10 minutes walk away, Its also a great way to see many sights in London.
