Cottage 3L (Live Love Laugh) is just one block from shopping area of Woodgrange Road in Forest Gate yet the location is in a quiet residential stretch of The Woodgrange Estate Conservation; a predominantly residential area with double-fronted Victorian two story five and seven bedroomed houses.

The area is in close proximity to Romford Road (A118) and is within 15 minutes by bus to:-
Stratford Station (Central Line, Jubilee Line & DLR)
Stratford International Station (Direct trains to Europe)
Stratford Bus depot (major depot with frequent buses to all over London)
Stansted Bus Stop (For Stansted Airport Express buses)

Accommodation Information

Cottage 3L (Live Love Laugh) has single, double, twin as well as triple rooms. Bed sheets, linen and towels are provided. Each room has a chair, desk and a wardrobe.

Guests have access to a communal kitchen, equipped with a microwave, a refrigerator, an oven and a toaster. The high street is just a block away.

All Rooms have TV, Sky entertainment & sports + Freeview channels + DVD player. Communal kitchen now is equipped with Espresso / Cappuccino / Latte machine. The house with seven bedrooms has 3 toilets, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen.

Cottage 3L (Live Love Laugh) is located in Forest Gate - a residential area in the London Borough of Newham, 7 miles northeast of Charing Cross. It is bordered by Manor Park to the east and Stratford to the west. Forest Gate is 1.5 miles east of Westfield Stratford City and the 2012 Olympic Park.

Facilities running to and from Stratford include Silver link train, Jubilee Line tubes, Central Line tubes, DLR (Docklands Light Railway) and National express services to Stansted airport.
Stratford is 15 minutes by underground to the excel exhibition centre and 15 minutes from central London.

Bus stop is just 2 minutes’ walk and Forest Gate train station and the high street is just a block away. From Forest Gate station Liverpool Street Station can be reached within 15 minutes via Stratford station. From Stratford bus/rail/underground and International stations buses and trains can be boarded to every part of London, beyond and Europe! Liverpool Street Station is a major train station in London.
