Liked: It is located at a very convenient place, which is just 1 or 2 mins away from the Metro. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Liked: Good value for money, great location and it was nice to have a private bathroom in each room.

Disliked: they charge to hold your luggage the day you check out and there's no wifi.

Liked: location is not touristic but is near from all, and it has the metro station a 50meters. You can enter and leave without time restrictions.

Disliked: No internet wifi, each room has his key but acces doors are always open and anyone of outside can enter to de hostel floors. Staff is not dedicated, you need to wait for they, they are not from england but dont try to speak english... embarrasing...

Liked: The location.

Disliked: It was very noisy - the night I stayed there was some kind of private function happening in the place under the room, which meant there was crazy thumping base coming from right under my bed all night. There are no real communal facilities - nowhere to hang out with other residents. At every other hostel I've been at there has been at least a couch and a bookshelf or something, if not a common room. It came across as very unfriendly.

Disliked: Cold shower dirty room cleaners that mess with your belongings when they clean: they put all the belongings of my friend into the luggage, including a wet shampoo and dirty boots

Liked: the location was brilliant queensway tube station just outside the hostel and bayswater tube station only 5 mins walk down the road, lots of shops next door restaurant and cafes its brilliant u can walk to hyde park too. the staff were nice and helpfull theres was hot water and it was nice and warm!

Liked: Buon ostello vicino Notting Hill e a pochi metri dalla stazione della metropolitana di Queensway. La zona è ricca di negozi, supermercati e c'è un buon pub proprio lì vicino. Buona la colazione inclusa. Pulizie effettuate giornalmente. Il personale dell'ostello è molto disponibile.

Disliked: Camera da 4 un po' piccola. Lo scarico del bagno era malfunzionante. Non si riusciva a regolare correttamente l'acqua della doccia.

Liked: As it was in the heart of the Metropolitan, it was easy for commuting. I liked the price offered for the 20 bed dormitory.

Disliked: There wasn't anything that I disliked about the property. But the other room mates were quite unfriendly. They wanted to sleep until late in the morning. but I had to attend the classes in the college early. So I regretted that I reserved 20 bed dormitory. It would have been better if I booked the 8 bed dormitory.
