Liked: The staff attempted to accomodate us when our room was an absolute disaster. Unfortunately, the hostel was just horrid and we were still unsatisfied.

Disliked: The stairwell was dirty and run down, we were concerned about getting bed bugs/lice from the beds, the facility did not seem safe and secure, the bathroom was disgusting, the elevator was close to breaking down, there were strange homeless men staying in the hostel, people were smoking in our room... the list goes on and on.

Disliked: It's shabby'ness, lack of attention to basics. No hot shower, cracked sink.

Liked: Great location right in the middle of everything in London.

Disliked: During the week it is the hostel used by schools from Europe, which means you are contending the 13-17 year olds who think its hilarious at 2am to play knock and run. Breakfast is a nightmare during the week with all the kids there so I often skipped the hostel breakfast. Also on check in you are told Bfast is 730 to 930 but the kitchen staff pack everything up at 9am, so be careful of this!

Disliked: The mirror in the bathroom should be replaced by a normal one. You can barely see anything in that brown thing.

Liked: Buona posizione(30 secondi dalla metro, 1 secondo dalla fermata bus), colazione pane marmellata latte e cereali (ma in abbondanza), cucina utilizzabile tutto il giorno, lavatrici.

Disliked: bagno che cade a pezzi (ma pulito), letti un pò scomodi.

Liked: location is an advantage because it is well connected with the center. right next to the metro and bus and there are some sights so you can take a walk to the center. the price is good but it is better to pay more and have peace, but less so to have problems

Disliked: room and especially the bathroom were dirty. the staff is rude and unkind. Upon check-in at the front desk asked for £ 10 in cash as a deposit for the key. that money should come back to us when we go back in and check out room key. while I waited next to the reception, I saw that they did not want to pay back the money one guy from Germany and a group of my friends. Their argument was that they had already returned the money, although they have not been previously checked out room and had the key with them. staff arguing and threatening guests, on the pretext of going to view the camera went into the back room and gathered a few dodgy characters who wanted to beat the guys who were looking for their money. if you go to this hostel be prepared for everything.

Liked: Hello, I stayed in RBH from 12th - 19th of Feb. 2013. I was in room for 8 mix people and paid 73 22 euros. Reservation I made by Internet, where I had to pay deposit 7.32 euros and rest on the day of arrival by cash. There was a bathroom with toilet and shower corner in the room and bathroom was cleaned nicely every day. The staff was ok, just the people from kitchen behaved coldly and didn ´t comunicate at all. The whole hostel was for me safe, because there is 24 hour reception, door to rooms on magnetic key for guests and same key you use to open your roomdoor. This door you are able to lock from inside as well. The beds were bunk beds, the sleep was joyful. I had park overview and I walked there prety offen. It was pleasure! On the check - in you will receive paper with your dates of staying, check - out time, timetable for breakfast and price that you paid for stay. What was cool.

Disliked: I didn ´t like the conti breakfast - every day the same - but what do you expect with that price from hostel in the center of London? I didn ´t like smell of paint on the stair to the rooms either. Blue storage boxex on the locker were fine to hang the jackets but without keys not good place to store laptops, mobiles etc.

Disliked: The place was falling apart. It was dirty and there were not enough showers and toilets . There weren't any proper bed sheets. I got lice from staying there and I think that says it all when it comes to the cleanliness. The staff was not very friendly and didn't show any expertise

Liked: it was cheap and in central London... the staff was nice and helpful

Disliked: whoever's genius idea was it to wire the bathroom and the bedroom into the same light switch? Never seen something so impractical before. Waste of energy too.... no wifi in the rooms, only two lockers in a room with 8 beds.

Liked: Location

Disliked: A lot of things. The staff were not friendly and helpful at all, mainly the evening ones. The room was tiny and not very clean and the bathroom was small and the shower was not always warm taking so long to the water heats. The beds were small and we had no place to put our sttufs because most of the lockers in the room were not working. There was no free wifi there. The place was not safe. My friend has her wallet stole from i nside her locked suitcaise and the staff didn't give a shit for what happened. Even the breakfast was not good, which is difficult to happen. The time for having breakfast was from 7.30 am to 9.00 am which is such a short period. There were no elevators there and no one to help carring your sttufs there. It was the worst hostel I've ever been,

Liked: Unsafe and unclean. Rooms are worse than those found in a prison I am sure but it is good value for money at £7.50 a night. Though I could get a room 10 times better for only a few pounds more and therefore I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Disliked: More or less everything.
