Hotel was quite in centre or very accessible by tube, which has stations right on the street around the corner. Staff was fine, helpful and smiling. I liked possibility of being on internet right on place (without printer), lockers and lullage keeping on leaving.
On the other hand there were problems with windows to close them properly and with WC.

I absolutely adored the atmosphere at the hostel - it was so international! I spoke to Aussies, Italians, South Africans and the French all in one night! And it is situated in between 2 tube stations and there's a bus stop literally out the front door. Am definitely coming back!!

Very multi-cultural and exciting area - seems safe too considering how active it is. Close to Underground but bayswater satation has two entrances Walk toward thepark (Right) to get on Bayswater road then turn left - you are there.

Handy location and helpful staff especially the friendly Aussie girl on the evening shift.
Ease of getting onto the net.
Thought the cleaning staff did a great job of keeping the place clean remembering that it is a 'hostel' mostly full of 18-30s doing their own thing!

I like only location. This place is really good because there are buses and tubes. And just in front of, there is Hyde park a very beautyful place.
