Liked: Was an okay place. Don't know if I would stay here again. I knew already it wasn't the best place but the price was cheap. One of the staff manager I think he was seemed kind of rude to his staff I really didn't like his attitude tolds us. They charge you 1.50 to store luggage for a day we only needed to store it for a couple of hours so i thought he would be nice and not charge us the full price but he didn't. I think they have a sign saying we charge 1.50 per bag no matter the length of time. The restroom seemed dirty but I do think they do clean because it would be cleaner when we will come back. I felt the room was pretty big for the amount of people they held (12). I like that we were next to two station queensway and baywater and next to kensington and green and hype park so it was nice that we didn't have to use the tube that much. One thing that sucked they have a elevator but it only takes you up to 3 floors and above. we were on the 1st floor and by then was tired of carrying my luggage so it would have been nice to have a elevator that took me to my floor otherwise other than that I wouldn't have cared.

Liked: Full of homeless people, half-naked and grunting at us. All 20 beds in our 20 bed room were full when we arrived, so the non-english speaking desk attendant came upstairs and just moved people's belongings off their beds and told us to sleep there. Worst hostel experience I could ever imagine.

Liked: Very basic hostel, only 1 bathroom for 8 people andf the toilet and shower were in the same room so one day we had to wait ages to use the toilet, but you get what you pay for...simple cheap bed in a good location.

Liked: This hostel was great for the price, the staff was very unfriendly (the female staff) except the one guy that works there was very nice and helpful. I didn't like the fact that creepy 50 year old men would be sleeping in the same room as us. The location was great right next to Hyde park plus you had the subway and/or bus within 10feet of the hostel. They didn't have free wifi which is weird because every hostel i have been to have free internet.

Liked: Good location next to two underground stations and there are many restaurants just around the corner. No free internet available. 4-person dorm was quite small and toilet was not working too well, but the bed was comfortable.

Liked: That receptionist Kamila should be sacked.She is the rudest person I've met in London...and she is a hotel receptionist! She is from Eastern Europe I'm sure,very crude indeed.

Liked: The location was excellent. Just across the road is Kensington Park and Hyde Park. The rooms were laid out better than other hostels I have been too.I would definitely recommend this hostel for travellors.

Liked: Hostel is in the middle of the city, near to the tube station queensway and bayswater, so it's easy to reach any point in the city!

Liked: Location is not bad - just above hyde park and adjacent to tube stations. When I stayed there, a lot of large groups were there also so the place was noisy. The lift was out of order so check if your on one of the top floors. Our room and ensuite were relatively clean and the large internet area is cheap. No lockers in the rooms. The kitchen and canteen are big but the kitchen itself was a bit dirty (not too bad though). I'm sure there are better places to stay for the same money but you could do a lot worse
