Liked: it was cheap and provided free breakfast

Disliked: had to pay for nearly everything else - for a secure locker, a map, internet, to weigh luggage had a dorm with 12 people and there was only 1 bathroom, with a shower with a clogged drain and was dirty. the bed was very uncomfortable and untidy

Liked: It is extremely well located, next to Hyde Park and in Zone 1. Lots of nightlife and shopping (both basic as well as luxury) near by. The staff (reception and cleaning) are professional and helpful on all matters. Large common room with satellite and well equipped kitchen (but no WIFI) Bottom line you was the value for money for all of this.

Disliked: No free WIFI.

Liked: 24 reception, no curfew, friendly staff

Disliked: My money was stolen when I went 3 feet away to the toilette, The window was not sealing.

Liked: Very good location! 10 out of 10.We stayed in a private room looking over Hyde Park (4th floor) so even the view was fantastic :)It was also nice that the breakfast was full English one (for private rooms).Good value of money too! (And there was lift too, so getting to 4th floor with our luggage wasn't a problem.

Disliked: Nothing particular.

Liked: The location was good - next to theHyde Park, 50 meters from central line tube.

Disliked: Fungus on the walls, water flowing from the ceiling, dirty rooms, alarm randomly switching on during the night.

Liked: Extremely nice staff, good facilities.

Disliked: It could have been cleaner in the bathrooms, on the other and it was very cheap so one couldn't expect too much =)

Liked: Location only.

Disliked: Everything else! The cleanliness was awful, the beds were awful, the room were freezing cold! The bathrooms though were somewhat clean the water was between freezing cold and boiling hot, there was no in-between.

Disliked: its not really "nice" : the rooms, the halls, the bathrooms, the lift was broken (for floor 1).

Liked: Very close to souvenir stores; Queensway and Bayswater subway stations (2 different lines); there's a park right away; nice ladys at reception.

Disliked: They charge for everything (extra towels, internet, luggage keeping); poor breakfast;

Liked: Very nice lady at reception; 2 subway station of 2 different lines very close (Queensway at the corner and Bayswater 1 block away); it´s clean and organized. Lot's of smal souvinier stores right away. Good place!

Disliked: There's no safe at the room; they charge you for everything (extra towels, internet, luggage keeping); very poor breakfast;
