Liked: Friendlynes of staff, breakfast for private rooms, access to washing machine and dryer, location,

Disliked: Water temperature in showers unpredictable, fridges seem to be cleaned at very long intervals - ought to be done more often, no wifi

Liked: The location is really ok, and the breakfast is fine. The bathroom was great, big and it was cleaned everyday, and changed towels. I could change some stuff from their places on bedroom and it was kept like that from my whole stay, which I found good.

Disliked: Some members of the staff, they didn't even tell me where was the lift, and I had to ask to a friendly person that was staying there to help me. The lift was half broken, and I had to press like a million times the botton on the 4th floor.

Liked: Convenient location and affordable.

Disliked: Dirty, no communal area to speak of. It's a mish-mash of rooms and fire escapes, hundreds would die if there was a fire as it's so poorly sign posted inside.

Disliked: One of the bathrooms was out of sevice which was quite unconfortable. There was no free wifi conection

Liked: I liked the dorm rooms because they have lots of space, there were two bathrooms in the dorm (not so much for a large dorm) but they were clean.

Disliked: The hostel did not allow travellers to stay in a room near the kitchen downstairs. Therefore it led to people hanging out in the Hallways (incl. me) and that made a lot of noise for other people. I would recommend that they have a living room where people can stay (that book dorm rooms as only the private rooms were allowed to stay in an area together)

Liked: Good location

Disliked: Room had not been cleaned by check-in, beds were uncomfortable and we could have boiled to death even with the window open, even though there was an air-con unit on the roof next to the window that kept us awake.

Disliked: Rubbish breakfast. Broken lockers in dorm. Lights not workimg. Not enough showers or toiletets. Mould in shower. Rubbish all over dorrm and bathroom. Rusty bedframe. Graffiti on walls. Building site next door with jackhammers at 8am. Excessive surcharge for paying by card (5% even for debit cards) and 1.50 per bag per day for luggage room.

Liked: it was a good location and it was good to have no time that we needed to be back in by. it had all the basic facilities needed.

Disliked: the breakfasts provided weren't of exactly high quality. the water pressure was very low in our room. and most worryingly, we found a cockroach in our room.

Liked: The location is good.

Disliked: It's really dirty. Even for that money it's reallz bad. My bed was used, I found there old towel and clothes, nobody take care. You sleep in one room with 20 people, usually it's alright-it's hostel- but it's really small and noisy. Never again...

Liked: Good location, pretty cheap. Clean bedding.

Disliked: We booked at 12 bed dorm and they moved us into a 20 bed dorm. Apparently another group had turned up unexpectedly so they gave them our beds. I found this to be very unprofessional. In any case, if they had done that they should have given us better rooms, not worse. There were also no plugs near the beds so you had to leave you phone to charge on the other side of the room. In a room with 20 people this wasn't very secure.

Liked: Had all the ammenities we could have asked for. the staff seemed a little cold, but once you started to talk to them they were very friendly and helpful.

Disliked: Ratio of bathroom/toilet to people was a little low. The shower and toilet were in the room but not separate, which made for wait times.

Liked: Location (same block as the tube for Central Line). Comfortable bed.

Disliked: Too noisy! Teenagers running and screaming on the corridors. Thin walls, could hear a conversation on the side room. Carpet dirty and stinky everywhere in the common areas - room with wooden floor was OK. Basic standard, old decoration and furniture. Breakfast poor.

Liked: A very good shower, the sheets washed by a professional laundry:impeccably clean, white, very slightly starched; excellent location: a bus stop right outside, (minutes to the downtown centre), just across the street the entrance to the Hyde Park,, with bikes to borrow at the gate, lots of souvenirs shops, restaurants,, food stores around.

Disliked: The continental, breafast very modest only cornflakes to milk, no rice- or wheatflakes ( I am allergic to the corn)., plus bread and jam. The magnetic cards as keys didn't function - neither mine nor some people's from another room, that I met. Each time I had to knock and somebody from my room would open the door. Several times I woke them up I was most unconfortable with it.
