Liked: 1st you should become aware where to spend the day! hostel or city? >other things to know: - quite sufficient for a good night - perfect location - friendly staff -nice shower *tu* Recommendable compared with the hostel, where i slept in March!

Liked: The location of the hostel is very convenient, just few steps away from queensway rail station where have many shopping surroundings.

Disliked: Our booking for 5 days staying was removed from their system for no reason, and we had to transfer every other day to different rooms. This ruined the whole first day of our visit to london, and destroyed all the fun in daytime we had in london since we had to unpack the luggage and store them again to the downstair luggage room! EVERYDAY! whole five days. I would not choose the hostel again and strongly recommend people who want to destroy their planned trip in london to stay in this hostel.

Liked: very cheap, quite clean, not too far from the city in a nice neighbourhood, kind girls at the desk

Disliked: you get what you pay for... the rooms are not very beautiful and the windows are always closed (which can be a problem in the summer)

Liked: definitely the breakfast, you can eat as much as you want, beside tost, coffee, cerelas... there're also omelettes and sausages. location is good, metro is just on the corner and bus stop just in front of hostel. stuff if helpful....

Disliked: rooms are really small, you can't pass between the bed and table/closet, tv didn't work, but all this wasn't a big problem 'cos we just slept there

Liked: I stayed in a 4-person shared room and it was good value for money.

Disliked: The lockers in the room were unsafe (could open with pocket knife) but the staff warned me about this and I didn't use it at all. I took valuables with me and left my travel bag to the room. They could improve the lockers if one could close them with own padlock.

Liked: The location was great - next to Hyde Park, tube and bus station.

Disliked: for that price we really couldn't expect extravagance

Liked: Bathroom in the dorm. RIght next to tube station.

Disliked: Lack of security. Paid to hire a deposit box, reception girl opened the one which she had assigned to me, to find other peoples stuff in it Didn't appear to be any system to keep track of the boxes. Every door in the building creaks loudly.

Liked: Staff were pretty average, and got our bookings mixed up. They were not very helpful, and a bit rude! Good location, but that is about it

Liked: Beds were good, able to get sheets for a deposit that you got back the next morning. At the time the tube was down serving at area and we had a hard time finding it, but finally were able to get there.

Disliked: It was really a bed to sleep in and we did not use the hostel for more than that. Breakfast was okay.

Liked: I liked its location and its affordable prices.

Disliked: The room was very small,there weren't any wardrobes. Customers have to pay extra if they want their valuable things to be safe. The condition of the bathroom was not proper though it was cleaned every day. This was the fifth time when I stayed at Bayswater and I could see that the breakfast provided was the lowest quality.

Liked: i like the location

Disliked: apart from Ali, the staffs are very rude and speak others languages in front off you, and after paid £1,50 to live my suitcase on the luggage room, the lady who open the luggage room look to me angry and upset because she has to come down to open the door, and at another morning the guy open the door from luggage room also was very upset and told me, quick because i dont have time, so this is no fair because i paid, is not free service, they dont care about your guests, i think they dont need people there

Liked: Very good location, good atmosphere, nice neighbourhood with lots of shops and fastfoods. Good price for one person, shower and toilete on the room, kitchen is OK, breakfest is very good.

Disliked: You have to pay for everything - internet, box for your luggages, towels... You can't pay by credit card, you have to pay deposit for key (10 pounds). Very small rooms.
