The location is very good, close to the main Underground and bus lines.There are lots of shops, supermarkets and small restaurants around. And Hyde Park is right across the street!

Actually everything. The bed were good, the showers, breakfast... I would go back! Especially for the location, next to Hyde Park, excellent!

The attitude from the staff, that it wasn't so far away from "the City", kind of cheap!

They provided alot of facilties including internet acess and Sky TV. The staff were friendly and are helpful.

very central location opposite Hyde Park. Staff responded pretty quickly to requests- toilet door did not close properly in a mixed room but it was fixed the next day.
