Liked: the staff weren't very helpful which normally isn't that big a deal, but i was on my own and really needed assistance which they just blatantly didn't offer. the sheets on my bed weren't clean for some reason, and the staff were really unorganized getting the beds orchestrated. also the layout is kind of weird and underground/claustrophobic, so its not that easy to meet/get to know other people. there was just a weird vibe, not that friendly, with no suggestions of what to do/where to go and hang out etc. other than that though, the location is fairly good you can just tube/bus it anywhere. however if i was to come again, i'd probs choose somewhere else, plus it was relatively expensive for such an average place.

Liked: + curtains on a bedplace+ free wifi+ communal area w/ kitchen is pretty useful- totally pointless breakfast, nothing to eat really- so little space in dorm room & bed, almost impossible to make a move without disturbing smb- location is good but u have to accept traffic noise that comes w/ it

Liked: we booked one night at first because the hostel is close to the station but next morning we ask to stay an extra 3 nights.the staff is very helpfull,they help with all are questions and had great info on the sites and places to eat.Its also a great place to meet people. I would recommend this place and would go there again.

Liked: This is a great hostel to meet new people at!! We had a blast although the showers are really cold and the dorm style beds may not be for everyone.

Liked: Great social area downstairs with spaces for browsing the internet and a lounge area to watch movies that are available from the counter. Free Tea and Coffee for the duration of stay and free breakfast in the morning.

Liked: I ended up a bit sick for most of my stay in london, so I spent several days where I barely left the hostel at all, and just spent all my time in the common area on my laptop or chatting with the other residents. There were a number of people who were living there for an extended time while looking for work or an apartment, and many other travelers who were looking to meet people, so I ended up making friends with a number of people staying there, and I was surprisingly sad to leave. It's definitely a great place if you're looking for nice, friendly people to chat with. The kitchen is also pretty big and well-equipped, though it could do with more communal food. However, as far as hostels go it isn't the most luxurious, and the dorms can be pretty crammed, so if you're just looking for a place to spend the night I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. Still, for the price it was a pretty good deal.

Liked: I like the hostel in general. However, they clearly have some problems with water either too hot or too cold, what was annoying to take showers!!

Liked: All in all a very good hostel, but the cold showers were horrible. It didn't matter what time we got to there, they were still freezing cold. The breakfast was good, but if you came a little later, the milk was warm and disgusting. The rooms were nice and quiet, you can't do anything about stupid room-mates though... The curtains were a great idea and we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: The staff was helpful and my bed was clean and comfortable. breakfast was included in the price. the hostel bedroom felt a little crowded (3 storey bunks) but there were curtains on each bed for privacy, so that made it a little better. people were having fun there and if I had stayed longer, I'm sure it would have been a fun place to meet people.

Liked: Good place from the point of price and location. Other facilities are rather weak. The thing I admired most is that every bed has its curtains so you have an opportunity to create your own little world with some sort of privacy. Every sleeping place has socet connection that is great advantage as well, indeed.All in all not bad place for travelers with limited trip budget.
