Liked: It was well located.

Disliked: The first bed they offered me had been used already, the second one as well, but they promised me that they,ll change the bed linen on it. It was a very small room for 12 beds, no space, and of course there was no courtain on my bed so I couldn,t sleep all night because of the light in the room. The only toilet on the floor was very small, even hard to get in. The stairs to the floors are way too narrow. Almost impossible to climb the stairs with your luggage.

Liked: Overall the room we were staying in ( a private for two) was great, small yet cozy with really funky bright colours and the bunkbeds were soft enough, also the fact that there were two mirrors helped greatly in the mornings. The location of the hostel was great, and having a supermarket practically opposite us was really handy. We had no problems with noise or rowdy residents either.

Disliked: We didn't really eat the provided free breakfast (just toast and jam pretty much) but the kitchen seemed a bit dirty and the toaster wasn't working properly. The showers had nice waterpressure but controlling the temperatures was impossible - I didn't end up having to take freezing showers, but uncomfortably hot ones. A cleaning lady would empty the bins in rooms, but twice she hadn't closed the door to our room properly and we'd come back to an open door- didn't feel so safe then.

Liked: they offered a pretty good collection of free movie DVDs to be watched in the tv lounge..staff were helpful and the toilets and showers were brightly lit and clean..liked that they had a personal mini lamp and a socket for every bunk and curtains to draw around own bunk bed area

Disliked: found it hard to get up and down the 3rd bunk since fellow travelers kept moving the bed ladder..floors were a little creaky so it gets noisy when you wake up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom..although the sheets were clean, they were used and the bed was not made upon check-in..

Liked: The location was really good, just around the corner from the station and easy to find. Another plus was the kitchen which was very well equipped.

Disliked: We didnt really like our room, it wasnt unclean as such but the walls were dirty and it had a horrible distinctive smell. The hostel building wasnt very nice and there was loud music playing in the reception even in the middle of the night and it was very noisy allround. The showers and loos were pretty grim...

Disliked: Bed not made, awful plastic mattresses, no room for luggage, bed bugs!

Liked: 1. Close to the tube station.2. Open 24 hours.

Disliked: 1. NO wireless was working for 3 days straight. 2. Room looked clean; however, there were ticks... I found this out since I checked up with my doctor when I got back to US. 3. Men's Bathroom was all malfunctioning except 1. 4. Hot water only comes out for 5 or 8 minutes and cold water...

Liked: The hostel had great kitchen facilities and the staff were very helpful. We liked the curtains around the beds and the plug sockets.

Disliked: There was no storage space in the very packed rooms, this meant that the entire room was covered in suitcases and clothes. We would reccomend some shelves or luggage racks in the rooms.

Liked: the location was not to bad, the beds were quite good, with curtains and lights ad power point in each.......suprisingly quiet considering the place was very busy and loud in common areas

Disliked: the showers........last night had to have a cold shower, and today the cleaners had 2 closed at 9.20 for cleaning, didnt make sense as check out is 10am and there must have been 50 people trying to get in, i know cleaners need to work but at least wait till check out has been completed.....

Liked: It was clean, the staff were relatively friendly, and it has a god location

Disliked: The room was basically a match box, its ridiculous how they have five beds in a 3x3 room, no place to leave luggage so you had to leave it downstairs in the luggage room, not too useful when getting dressed. I couldnt even sit on my bed because I had another bed half a meter above. I wouldnt have stayed another night there.
