Liked: Good price and the staff was friendly.

Disliked: With that price you can't demand a lot more. It wasn't really clean and it was quite cramped. Still okay.

Liked: nice service, very helpful indeed......when I entered at about 4am I could feel the warn of this please.......I did appreciate that so much, because I had been completely wet because of a heavy rain at this time(I was travelling in London on my bicycle).

Liked: Free WiFi! Good food at the bar next door. Staff are nice and help you out if you ask. 24 hour service so I could easily book out at 5am. People in my room were quiet and considerate. Nothing got stolen (:D LOL)

Disliked: Could have been cleaner but I didn't expect it to be up to my standards as of the cost so all in all pretty happy.

Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Nice showers in the hall. Great food in the pub downstairs. Good breakfast.

Liked: THE FACT THAT IT WAS VERY CHEAP. I MEAN THE WORD CHEAP NOT INEXPENSIVE AND THE CLEANERS WERE VERY POLITE EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD A HUGE BED BUG PROBLEM TO CONTEND WITH WITH INADEQUATE CLEANING SUPPLIES.

Disliked: THERE IS AN INFESTATION OF BED BUGS AND THEY SEEM TO TURN A BLIND EYE TO THE FACT THAT ITS A VACATION PLACE AS OPPOSED TO AN OLD FOLKS HOME BUT DON'T BE 36 OR YOU'LL BE KICKED OUT . WITH ONE DAYS NOTICE. AND THE BATHROOMS ARE ATROCIOUS I USED TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE A SHOWER.

Liked: The price of this hostel is awesome, breakfast is also good, ur standard toast, cereal, tea, coffee and spreads. Also has cheap meals from the pub that it is part of. Has a good common room with pool table.

Disliked: The rooms are really small, there were 3x3 story bunk beds in a tiny room, not enough room for luggage. The mattresses were also super thin, you could feel the metal beneath. Wi-fi would constantly cut in and out.

Liked: Free lockers :) and bran flakes for breakfast, not just corn flakes as per usual :)

Disliked: The room had a weird smell to it, but it might well have been my roommate... :/ other than that everything was ok.

Liked: Leaving.

Disliked: BEDBUGS!! BEDBUGS!! BUDBUGS!! They did refund me half of my stay but still, bedbugs... bedbugs... bedbugs - horrible. The location is poor, the staff unfriendly, especially the cleaners who think they have more of a right to be in your room than you do. The beds are uncomfortable and thin... double up the matress and it was acceptable. Forth hostel i've stayed in in London, easily the worse, won't be going back if you paid me and i'd strongly suggest you pick another hostel, this one is very poor.

Liked: The Staff, the big common hall with 2 pool table, the location ( close to the tube, to Arsenal Stadium, close to very cheap restaurants..). For the price you pay, I think this is the best in London.

Liked: Great for a couple of nights, not longer than that, close to arsenal tube (5 min walk) which is just out side of zone 1. We were in the 15 bed room, which the beds were very thin & narrow. the place has a good free breakfast, tea, coffee, cereal, toast, and a good bar with pool table and big screen television. The staff were helpful and the price was reasonable.

Disliked: The toilets were way to small and dirty. it was hard to use them..... Beds were too small. showers werent the greatest either.

Liked: Free wifi, safe place, friendly people, cheap, you have your own locker so there is no need to worry about your valuables, rooms have more space than in other hostels from my past experience.

Disliked: Toilets were not so clean, in shower hot water was finishing very fast, so you suppose to wait until heater will heat it again, showers for the girls in the third floor were not having any space to put your cloth, towel etc., breakfast could be organised in better way too.

Liked: Most of the staff are awesum and will help you out with everything including directions and buses around the area, however, some like to follow rules to the T and send you out of common areas (to bed) right on 1.30am - several will realise you're just talking to family on the other side of the world, and be more lenient (esp as wi fi doesnt actually work upstairs as advertised).

Disliked: Very very quiet Hostel. It encourages long term people looking for work and a place to live rather than actual travellers. If you are looking to meet people and have a laugh, it is possible here, but only what you make of it, cos there is not a lot to do in here except sit on the wifi. It didnt at all come accross as a 'true London pub experience' or 'home away from home' as advertised. The inconsistancy of kicking u out of the common area is difficult to work with, and 24hr reception does not specify that this is only to open the door for you, you cannot sit in common areas after a certain time.
