There aren't too many new things that we can uncover about London for you, one of the worldwide capitals by excellence, a unique cosmopolitan city with the perfect combination of history and modernity.
It is recognized as one of the cultural capitals of the world with a concentration of many internationally renowned museums such as the British Museum or the Tate Modern, and theatres: the Royal Albert Hall, the Royal National Theatre or the London Coliseum... The fame of these museums, for the quality of the exhibitions and for the fact that they are free, has made them an attraction for all travellers that value culture and history.
Getting around the large city of London is fairly simple thanks to the enormous underground network and the typical red double-decker buses that go all over the city.
Samuel Johnson, better known as Dr. Johnson, a writer, poet, lexicographer and literary critic of the 18th century, made a phrase famous that perfectly describes the intensity and variety of this city: “If you are tired of London, you are tired of life”. If you come to visit, we are sure you will come back.
