Liked: Really nice staff...and REALLY close to the coach station- very easy! Nice that there is free breakfast.

Disliked: Very large dorm.. 21 people= very loud and no sleep!

Liked: free wifi, free breakfast, walking distance from the Victoria coach station.

Disliked: The bathroom facility was miserable. There is not a single towel rack in the common bathroom, which is shared by more than 20 (30?) guests. The bathroom was unisex. The bathroom sinks are small and there is no place to put your bottle cosmetic bag, there is no shelf to put them, so you literally have to put them on the floor, or you have to bring your bag pack into the bathroom to put your towel or cosmetic bag. The bed was three story high and the very tight, so that you can't sit up in a normal position. The power outlet in the room was very limited considering the number of people staying. The room was right above a noisy bar, which belongs to the same business. So that it was quite noisy. There is only one bus running near the hostel. There is no lift in the building, so you have to carry your heavy luggage on your own.

Liked: Would recommend to anyone. The staff is very friendly. You can leave your luggage there after checkout and come to pick it up later. The place is quiet and clean. Free breakfast.

Disliked: The wifi reception wasn't very good

Disliked: The staff mixed up our bed and room number so my friend and I were staying in the wrong bed for 2 nights. When the staff finally figured it out, they were not very apologetic and werent willing to compensqte us besides 1 free drink.

Liked: It is very central. It is close to amenities. It has the convenience of the Public House below. The staff are down to earth hard working individuals who try to make a complex operation work smoothly.

Disliked: Many of the regular locals in the Public House are downright unfriendly, rude and ignorant of the multi cultural nature on the hostel and it's guests. Possibly some may even be described as 'racist'.

Liked: Only one night, but this place was pretty good. Bed okay and roomy, plenty of bathrooms, and breakfast in the bar was nice touch. Free Wi Fi very much appreciated.

Disliked: Cold shower - might have been a temporary problem, but did put a bit of a damp squib on things. Otherwise fine.

Liked: Good location as it was close to Victoria train station. It was more like a 10-15 walk though. The beds were comfortable, clean and warm. I would recommend for the location but be wary of your belongings as mentioned below.

Disliked: I had my wallet stolen here. Admittedly, I didn't lock this away while next door to brush my teeth and go to the toilet. It's a shame this happened... keep your belongings safe! The staff also didn't seem to be too interested when I told them my wallet had gone missing.

Liked: Near main coach station, nice pub downstairs, free breakfast, the other people staying here

Disliked: one girl behind the bar (brunette) was really unhelpful and rude when I had a problem. someone checked into our room and broke all the locks on the lockers and took some people's laptops, cameras etc. not the hostel's fault but they could've done a lot more to help out afterwards and were hardly sympathetic. also breakfast is only until 9am..bit stingy.

Liked: Friendly, relaxed, convenient location near the Vicroria coach and train station.

Disliked: Not enough cutlery and cups in the kitchen. Hostel could do with an internet room and a quiet lounge.
