Travel Joy Hostels

Travel Joy Hostels is a relaxed and chilled-out hostel which focuses on personal service.

We are the only London hostel overlooking the River Thames. We are extremely centrally located between Chelsea and The Houses of Parliament (10-15 minute walk). Pimlico Tube Station is a 7-10 minute walk away.

We provide free tea/coffee/soft drinks to residents at all times, free linen/towels, free earplugs, free Wi-Fi in the entire building and free continental breakfast. There are no hidden costs.

We are a professional and well run hostel that aims to provide you with a friendly, fun and pleasant experience in a clean and safe environment where people socialize easily. Our staff will help you as much as possible.

We have open mic night on Fridays and Karaoke on Saturdays. We have entry deals with the major London nightclubs and pub crawl operators.

On our doorstep is the No.24 bus (24 hour service seven days a week) which starts and terminates at Travel Joy and departs every 10 minutes during the day and every twenty minutes at night. It travels along the same route to Victoria Station, Houses of Parliament, Trafalgar Square, West End, Oxford Street and Camden Town. The West End is full of restaurants, bars and clubs. There is also a bicycle dock outside.

We have a Thai and European restaurant which is reasonably priced.

Our large bar is a great place to relax and socialise.

Our check-in time is from 14:00 – 23.30. If you are early you can leave your luggage in our secure luggage storage area. Check-out is 11:00 with breakfast from 07.45 to 10:30.

We are agents with Evans and Evans Tour Operators who do specialist tours around the UK. You can also book tickets for all London attractions at reception which will save you time.

Great care has been taken in furnishing our rooms so that every traveler can have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We offer top quality bunks and secure storage facilities combined with modern "Altro" wet room showers. We also have a number of private rooms. Some of our rooms have balconies over looking the water.
