Liked: very helpfull guy that runs it . clean. comforable bed

Disliked: the bathroom need a lock on it . so you can use the wc and shower with the fear of the owner walking in on you, maybe thats why the other guys stay out so much untill owner is in bed

Liked: hostel owner was very friendly and chatty, as were his guests. place was really spic and span, and you feel like he put in the effort to make it like a home and not just a place to sleep for the night

Disliked: not as central as described, maybe 30 minutes of travelling in total to central london. Other wise, nothing is bad about the place

Liked: just the cleanliness, the beds are clean and the shower aswell

Disliked: Apart of being VERY FAR & NO NIGHT BUSES OR TUBE,u need to pay 7.50pounds day travel card zone4 and still need to walk about 40 mins to get to the apt!!.the place aint a hostel, is a flat of 2 bedrooms, the landlord sleeps in the living room so basically u have no space to sit but ur bed,all the time he used to tell us do this and dont that wich is really annoying and he doesnt respect the privacy. he even wanted to check out at 9 in the morning!!!

Liked: Clean

Disliked: The owner is rude to you and expects all guests to "bond" with him. If you don't act very friendly with him, he might insult you and be highly inappropriate. Sometimes there's no water and absolutely nothing will be done by the owner. Also it is VERY easy for someone to break in, the door is dysfunctional and basically anyone can enter the flat.

Liked: Friendliness of staff and excellent cleanliness. I was made to feel at home. I got to meet a lot of interesting people and nothing can beat the value for the money.

Liked: I enjoyed being able to come in each night to a clean room and sheets. The owner was very friendly.

Disliked: I felt as if sometimes the house rules were a bit extreme and not age appropiate, but I understood the reasoning behind the locking of doors etc.

Liked: I've enjoyed a lot my stay at London House Gay Hostel. The landlord is very friendly and it is feels much more like a house than a hostel. Sadly though I was the only guest, otherwise, I am sure, it would have been much more fun!
