Liked: Staff being gay, friendly and tolerant, closeness to Victoria station, being a quite place and checking out later then expected in a hostel.

Disliked: It`s "refurbished", long time ago, office space with only one shower, glum and very cold, as there was no heating in the room. On top of that, the English windows (generally useless) were broken and the view was of a wall. You needed to wait for a hot water in the shower.

Liked: Gay hostel in fantastic location nr Victoria station needs some renovation and decoration. Clean linen and pillows would be an asset !Not for people with mobility problems. Some problems with outside noise. Not for nervous people !

Disliked: location, fairly Gay friendly for visits to London attractions.

Liked: Nunca vayais a este sitio. Es una estafa total: sucísimo, ruidoso, imposible de encontrar... un peligro. No tiene interés ni siquiera como oferta gay.Hay gente que vive allí todo el tiempo y parecen vagabundos. Un horror.

Disliked: I was staying there,actually quiet good with the price i paid,but no privacy at all.and their is one OLD BOLD GUY from LIVERPOOL who seems stay there for a long time because he cant afford a flat who been so bossy and rude to everyone,always make a noise with phone calls,and no respect at all with other guests who stay at the same room. Asked to take off the bed sheet,pillow case before the people leave the room when they check out. I really hope you guys dont meet him or even be at the same room with him. your stay will become a NIGHTMARE. The owner and the cleaner is very good people.

Liked: close to victoria station to get on the coach to airports

Disliked: might be cozy for those who live there for weeks but the casual traveller feels lost in a strange world. there is no sign for the hostel, u have to call. i was picked up why who turned out to be one of the long term guests, we entered through a shabby a dirty fire escape, over the roof of the next building. no privacy, the locker is the size of a mailbox. i did not meet any staff member during my entire stay (which was, luckilym, not more than 1 night)

Liked: The only things good about this hostel were the location and the price. And, in the end, the price was not as good as expected. They did not honor the price that was quoted. We ended up arguing about price. We ultimately negotiated to a middle ground, which still angers me. A price quote is supposed to be a price quote -- but, not here.

Disliked: It is difficult to find, which I had expected. A little signage at the bottom of the stairs would go a LONG way! When I finally found the place, I rang the doorbell at least ten times before anyone answered. If the staff is stepping out, they should put up a "Be Back In XX Minutes" sign. Or, post an on-call phone number. Unfortunately, I was left to just stand out there feeling helpless until someone finally answered. The lockers are small even for a hostel. Not nearly large enough to lock up a carry-on size suitcase. Lockers should be larger than my small suitcase. I was woken up in the morning to one of the employees yelling at another worker part of the hostel had been infested with bedbugs. He was also screaming about the "damn druggies" that bring trash home. I never saw a T.V. lounge, although it was advertized on the website. Maybe it was part of the hostel that was having problems. The shower in the bathroom that I was using had a transparent door. I am no prude, but I don't want other men who are coming in to piss being able to see me showering. I don't mind sharing bathrooms. I do mind having a clear door in the shower. So many simple things like this could easily be fixed -- such simple renovations would make a world of difference and make guests at this place more comfortable. Unfortunately, instead of fixing these problems, the place was covered with paint rags, latters, buckets, and paint rollers. No doubt, a little color in the place will be nice...but, all the painting that is going on there is clearly expensive and is not the kind of renovation that is desperately needed. Utimately, I did not feel comfortable staying here. I ended up crashing in a hotel room in SoHo.

Liked: Great place.. for what it's worth it is good enough. The people are friendly and it was very clean. No noise.

Disliked: Not much, I'm pretty happy with anything to sleep on really.. but nothing bad about it.
