Liked: Great location , near by all what you looking for in your sat in London, Clean room, heating working separately for each room, kitchen with all necessary equipments, free internet connection, possible to save baggage before and after staying in hotel without any extra cost. Good position for London trips - close to the center, near Hyde Park. Even if this hotel is situated above a tube line, it was not so noisy, room space is quite big , I been granted double room even I booked for single. I can recommend it.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: The location was great, just a few minutes walk from the central line. Also shops and restaurants on doorstep if you need them.

Disliked: The main road was very noisy, even though our apartment was just around the corner from it and there is only single glazing, so it was also a bit drafty in the room.

Liked: Great Location, not far from Notting Hill Gate Tube Station. Nice, roomy Apartment!!

Disliked: NO Reseption after 11pm until 8am!!!! So if you have a late flight you can´t check in.

Liked: The surrounding area is perfect for travellers... everything is nearby: a supermarket, restaurants, Portobello market, underground station, buses to Oxford street and beautiful old houses.

Disliked: The room was very small, shabby and not the value we have paid for. For the money it was really not clean and new enough. The bathroom was full of lime. The kitchen was okay, but the fridge smelled a bit.

Disliked: No hot water, and when I rang reception, they basically said it wasnt their problem. Also reception staff really rude, when trying to get wifi code.

Liked: It was close to the subway stop. And was very near a hop-on, hop-off bus stop. It was across from the park, which was nice for walks/runs.

Disliked: The room was not clean. There was mold and mildrew on the bottom and top of the walls, which gave it a musty smell. Despite being a non-smoking room, the place smelled like smoke. There were wires hanging out of the walls. The bed was only a 3/4, which was to be shared by two people. You would have to be very good friends to bde comfortable sharing that bed. Only one side of the bed was usable as the mattress was completely worn down, I have a quarter sized wound on my hip from a broken coil (or ten/twenty) on the bed. There was seldom enough hot water for even one shower. We were told at check in that we had to wait 10 minutes between showers for hot water. It was more like 30 or 40, if at all. The shower was dirty and the shower curtain was full of mold. I would have left, but they charged me when I checked in and added 12.5% because I paid with credit card. There was no warning that this would happen. I recieved no accounting of charges and as far as I can tell, they charged me the booking fee that hostelbookers had already collected - but I'm not sure because they did not break it down. The staff was unfriendly most of the time and surly at times. Nothing was ever the hotels fault. Any comments were met with a defensive answer. Even a request for clean sheets, as we missed the cleaning window 2 days because we overslept, was met with defensiveness and complaints about our sleeping habits. Sheets and towels were eventually brought to our room, but with a very negative attitude and instead of 3 bath towels, we were given 3 hand towels. Sheets were only changed every three days - no matter what the condition of the sheets. I injured my foot and there was a fair amount of blood on the bed from a bad blister and the sheet remained on the bed. The kitchen provided a few dishes, but the tray that contained the cutlery was filthy, with grime and crumbs from the food of previous tenants. The stove was covered in the remains of someone's dinner. I really don't like going on holiday and cleaning someone else's mess.

Disliked: It was impossible to wash my hair in the shower and the bathroom itself was a bit grotty.

Liked: Great little apartment and incredible value for money. Nice location, felt safe and clean.

Disliked: Reception is only open from 8:30 until 11, which gave us a little trouble.

Liked: The location is good. But a little bit noisy. I like the kitchen, very convenient for cooking.

Disliked: A little bit noisy due to the main street beside the apartment.

Liked: Location was decent and little street noise. Room was respectable size.

Disliked: The staff were not very helpful when we had problems with the shower. They promised to send someone to fix it but they didn't arrive and when they did, didn't fix the issue. The hot water took 3-4 to come on and was a trickle. We couldn't wash our hair which was disappointing. The washing machine didn't rinse the clothes and the kitchen was filthy (mould and grime everywhere). No wi-fi/ Internet available so it felt like we were living in the 1980's!

Liked: The location is perfect and surprisingly little disturbed by traffic noices. We had a spacious, bright and nice 3-bed room with necessary kitchen equipment to create breakfast or simple meals, also including micro oven and toaster.

Disliked: We looked down at the basement level and where happy we did not had a room down there...

Liked: GREAT LOCATION. CLOSE TO TUBE STATION AND WITH IN WALKING DISTANCE TO ALL SIGHTS

Disliked: BATHROOM COULD HAVE BEEN CLEANED BETTER, AND NO TOILET PAPER IN ROOM HAD TO ASK FOR IT.

Liked: The location is very good, near the subway station. There area a lot of restaurants nearby.

Disliked: For the price that i payed I expected more. The floor was a dirty. The shower has little water coming down (it was very unconfortable to take a shower), the staff is not friendly, they charge 5% if you are paying with credit card.

Liked: It is spacious apartments (kitchen is separated and it has a window), bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen has everything you need (tea, coffee, sugar, crockery, cutlery and detergent, etc. The apartments are cleaned every day.

Disliked: Credit cards Visa is not accepted neither I nor my husband, so I had to go to an ATM to take cash with this card. In the bathroom there is no shelf even for toothpaste and brushes.

Liked: Great location, large and clean rooms (for London). Good value for the price.

Disliked: Cramped entrance / foyer if you have lots of luggage, but this is to be expected in London.
