Liked: I am SOOOO glad that I found this place. I've been to London many times and London accommodations never fail to disappoint (unless you are willing to pay an arm and a leg)....not until I found this place! If you are not into the party/hostel scene and are familiar with London, then this place is really for you. It's very centrally located and yet is situated in the quiet and very posh and beautiful neighbourhood of Notting Hill - just minutes away (by foot) from the Portobello Market and the Tube Station. Kensington Park is just across the street. It's a beautiful self-catering apartment building...no frills but it is clean, well-kept, and the gentleman that owns the building is EXTREMELY friendly! I'm staying here from now on whenever I visit London!!

Liked: Room was great, much nicer than we expected. Really good location and staff friendly and helpful. Left luggage after check-out since our flight wasn't until later that night and it was really just left in the corridor, not secure.

Liked: Really nice staff. Magdi is a wonderful person and he help us so much quickly with any problem. I'll come back in my next travel to London. The kitchen in the room is really good and everything is very clean.

Liked: The location is great. It is very close to bus stops and underground stations and is opposite Kensington gardens and a short walk to Notting Hill. The kitchen is small but all you need for two people and the bedroom was spacious. The reception staff gave us helpful information about the area and answered all our questions. Our only complaint would be the shower.

Liked: The people are great, and it is located between Notting Hill Gate Tube station and Queen's Way tube station just 5 minutes walk from each, and few steps away from Hyde Park, so that is convenient enough. I've been staying at many hotels all over the world, but this is probably my favourit so far. Nice and clean, I had no problems at all, however. I would stay there again.

Liked: first of all i wouldn't expect to get a such wonderful night in this hotel, really it was great, i booked a single studio flat but i got a double studio flat self-contained with double bed, the studio was clean and tidy, staff were helpful, and they have lift , and this helped me a lots to get to my flat so easy, whenever i come to London i will stay in Palace Court Holiday Apartments

Liked: Woderful location, just a few minutes away from Hyde Park, and just 3 minutes away from Notting Hill Gate station or Queen's way tube station, lots of amazing sights around, nearby lots of nice restaurants, pubs, and lots of shops, the studio i got, it was clean and the bed was comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped, all i need i found it, clean bathroom with bathtub and hot water all times, i had internet access for free, and the staff were friendly and helpful, i will stay again in this hotel.

Liked: Great location, I recommend it for everyone! Super studio flat with fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, 1 stove, 1 pan and dishes for three people, dishwashing liquid, sponge, salt and paper towel!) Nothing is missing , A vacuum is available in the hallway of the building. There is also a table and an iron. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and hot water! The double bed is comfy, very ideal for couples. There is also a sofa bed for 1 person. and dining table and 3 chairs, The towels were clean and changed daily, as the trash. Studio pleasant, quiet and bright. The district did nothing to spoil it all, close to subway and several bus lines. Pleasant walks to do there, besides market portobello

Liked: This was a great place to stay for lot of money,if your over the multi dorm hostel thing then try this place.Its got everything you need in your little unit,cooking wifi sure its a little on the old side but it does the job very well.The rooms are cleaned every day and its only a short walk from the tube.

Liked: I loved the location of the hotel. It is on major underground/bus lines to all the great spots! There are local grocery stores, pubs, & Starbucks to name a few nice perks. Its two blocks from the Portobello Market & Embassy row and the neighborhood is really nice. For the price this is a steal for those who dont mind being a bit more self-sufficient while in London. The building is a bit older, but quaint and the water gets really hot! I am totally staying here on my next visit...cuz I know my way around from here...haha!

Liked: perfect flats, really the furnitur is very comfortable and clean and the most important thing for me to have flat with ensuite bathroom and bathtub and all kitchen facilities, friendly and helpful staff, the location really is amazing. just opposite Hyde Park.............recommended for all
