Room was very clean and warm. Nice bedlinen in comfortable bed :) No noise from the street as the hostel is situated not on the main road. Close to tube, pubs, cafes. Didnt like the fact that they asked me to pay in cash, because it would be more difficult to handle credit card payment?! Felt odd.

Internet is cheap, 1 pound for 75 mins, close to tube station and easy access to heathrow.(on same line)

It's a very busy hostel, so everything is a bit unpersonal: the staff, and the people who stay there. The dorms are really spacious and they have a wash-stand plus mirror in the room. It's located in a beautiful neighbourhood, close to the enormous Hyde Park. Safety. They don't think anyone would steal. There were cupboards in the rooms which could not be locked. You could store your bag for free, but it was in a room where everyone could simply enter. It didn't get stolen though.

This is hostel is quite cheap and have good location, but the security and cleanliness are really bad. I didn't fell safe in this hostel. So I don't recommend it to stay in even for one night.

It was kinda good place to stay for this money.. We had a room in a new part of the building and it was clean and nice. The staff was VERY helpful! The bathroom was shared but it was OK.. Good location, just a few minutes from Earls Court station.. just ONE bad thing - we were staying in a 4 Dorm (3 girls) and last night we had a new room-mate - NAKED Scottish man - fortunately he was sleeping all the time we were there .. but you know .. EWWW! :)

I liked the location near to the underground earls court. The rooms was clean. The toilet and barth was ok. I dont know if I will come again, because I needed to pay for breakfast and tovels which we haven´t brought,

excellent location, the refurbished room are good others are bad, nice and quiet.....BUT the first night in my refurbished room, within 5 min of using the bed my body started to itch, lots of BUGS in the bed, I was scratching for two days and bite marks could easily be seen..... second day the door would not lock so had to leave my belonging open for anyone to walk in to steal it....second night had to change the room cos they over booked it so went to sleep in the girls room and freaked them out, and the receptionist made them change their room at 1 am in the morning..... one of the guy has been staying there for a long time and had his “kitchen” in the room, not nice....

This is a fantastic place to stay for any amount of time. The people are friendly and you are sure to make friends in this environment. You can't beat this price for this quality of a hostel in London and I immediately extended my stay another week. It isn't a luxury hostel, but it's clean and safe.

You can't beat the location and price, however the bathrooms are dreadful. No where to hang your stuff, no mirrors, and they're quite small. There is a nice tv room and the room I stayed in was large with high ceilings. I would recommend it to people who just want a cheap place to rest their head in a good central location.
