Liked: The property is located very close to the underground and the local shops. The room had its own sink and fridge (although the fridge didn't get very cold) and the bed was comfortable. The room had access to the internet although it was relatively expensive (there are good internet cafes very close by which are cheaper). The hostel has a team of cleaners who clean daily but the showers can be very dirty inbetween.

Disliked: There are no basic items in the kitchen to borrow, so bring your own cups, plates etc or visit the charity shops on the main room who have plates and cutlery for sale. There is only one toilet per floor section with two showers so it can become busy. When I stayed there was a group of children staying who played the usual irritating childrens game of ''knock a door run'' There is no lift and no one seems willing to help you with luggage.

Liked: There was free breakfast, even though it doesn't say that. But it was just one serving of cereal, juice, and toast. It was close to the tube (Earl's Court).

Disliked: The showers were far from the room we were in. There was a toilet right across, but we had to go downstairs in order to use a shower.

Disliked: they weren´t responsably for there staff who stole my valuable things, they totally didn´t care about the situation nor helped me to recovered my laptop and jewlery , so don´t go to that hostel because they are thieves and they covered themselves.

Liked: The proximity to Earls Court tube and the rest of Central London.

Disliked: *NO common room to hang out/relax in. *Asking for a female dorm and arriving late at night into a dark room waking up to 2 Chinese MALES.... *Feeling like the hostel was a halfway house and not a hostel.... *No wifi vouchers free - not even to pay for.... WTF.....?

Liked: the location is very good.

Disliked: too many stairs, don´t have wi fi internet, need to pay for the brackfast, and the beds are noisy.

Liked: Great location, easy to find, helpful and friendly staff.

Disliked: The only thing that was even slightly inconvenient was walking outside the reception area to the next apartment where the room was. Otherwise eveything was good.

Liked: Large dorm rooms and common area (Except at breakfast time when it's taken over by groups)

Disliked: Staff were rude and unhelpful. No information was given on check in and I had to ask about every little detail. They have a self catering kitchen but they lock up all their cutlery, mugs, plates etc. If you stay at this place BRING YOUR OWN CUTLERY AND PLATES. There is no signage other than the dorm rooms so you have to hunt around the hostel (which is huge) for toilets, showers, laundry etc. There aren't enough showers or toilets either.

Liked: Not a whole lot.

Disliked: Kitchen wasn't very good. Staff weren't particularly friendly or helpful. Room was basic at best. Nothing really wrong with this place but nothing to write home about either. It's a bed and I suppose it is cheap by London standards.

Liked: Location (real close to Earls Court tube station) + price.

Disliked: The most evident and dislinking factor was the general interior appearance of the hostel, with its dirty, stained, smelly carpet omnipresent throughout the corridors and the rooms in an old building in which the stairs leading to the rooms seem to be on the verge of collapsing. We experienced 3 types of rooms in different floors, and we realized that like everything in life, your experience depends on how lucky you are. There are dreadfull basement rooms, with poor lighting, bad smell and dirty ambiance, and there are rooms on the upper levels facing the main street that are reasonably ok. In general, you will hear footsteps throughout because it is impossible to walk silently in a permant noisy wooden floors underneath the horrific carpet. Bathrooms are reasonably decent if you don't have high standards and there's actually hot water, but the water pressure of the showers is reduced to minimum, so that may be a problem in winter. Event though they say there's self cattering facilities, you had to say "please" at all times using the kitchen facilities.Fairly friendly staff, though. Overall, don't expect much. Maybe it's better to pay more 20 euros per day and look for an alternative. It's an option to anyone on a budget in an already expensive city, but you WILL get what you pay. It's a kind of place that makes you realize that you're in your thirty's and that there's a point in life that you are already fed up with this backpackers type of accomodation, ending up sharing a room with noisy people arriving at 3:00 a.m.

Liked: Although facilities were really scarce, the total atmosphere was pretty good. Location is perfect, shops, cafes and Earl's court tube is nearby. For an extra charge you can get yourself a towel in reception. The overall stay was good.

Disliked: The only concern is about the safety, as the hostel does not provide safelockers. In reception, however, they offer to keep your bags, but this is also operated on a good deed of guests.

Liked: The beds were comfy, the room was big for a hostel (with the bonus of a surprise en-suite) and had a great location being so close to the tube station making is easy to find. Also close to pubs, shops and restaurants.

Disliked: There was a small mix-up with my booking and my group was split up into two different rooms, which was annoying as I'd been assured over the phone we would be put together. But as we were only staying one night it wasn't really a problem, just annoying. Also, I did not like that there were no personal lockers to secure your belongings.
