Liked: We stayed in a four bed dorm, it was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and there was lots of storage space. The fridge in the room and the kitchenette were very handy with the supermarket nearby, great for saving money! The bathroom was very clean and the shower hot when required. Very close to earls Court tube station which made transort around London very accessible! I would definitely recommend this hostel and use it again in the future!!

Liked: It is good place for students to stay!! Not to fancy but good in price!! Have kitchen can cook, have laundry can wash the clothes!! Have good location near the Underground!!

Liked: The room & beds were great, it was quiet @ night & there was grocery & Tube transport around the block. The staff all were very friendly & approchable for help. Bring your own cutlery/cooking gear & a silk blanket. Phone to book by the week for discounted rate. Enjoy London!

Liked: Nice neighbourhood, close to subway. They staff took it as a personal affront that I didn't have a one pound coin to pay for internet. It was such a big deal. The internet is advertised as 75 minutes for 1 pound when you only get 60 minutes. You cannot sign out of your session unless you purchase 5 pounds worth of internet. False advertising up the ying yang, and yet they don't lift a finger to be helpful to travellers!!! Give this one a pass. Kitchen had a stove, and toaster, not a single piece of cutlery or dish or pots to cook in. Can not drink the water in the room.

Liked: It was a decent hostel, the location was excellent, the bathrooms were clean, the rooms quite spacious and quiet, the beds were comfortable. The only problem was the absence of kitchen utensils, which means that if you want to cook you must bring everything you need or cook only stuff that does not necessitate pots, pans, etc. On the whole it was good value for money, I've seen far worse for the same price in London.

Liked: ppl were actually living in the room..!! bed was not made and the sheets seemed not changed for a while....room was dirty!!the bathroom was on a lower floor whcih wasnt very convienientlocation is very good though and cheap...i would recommend if you are staying for a few nights and not picky...other than that...go find someplace else!!

Liked: Well, after I had read all the bad feedback on hostelbookers about this hostel, I was really expecting the worst. However, it's not that bad at all! Of course, it's not a 5*-hostel, but what you get for your money is absolutely OK. We stayed in a 4bed-bedroom which was safe and clean. The kitchen was clean as well, unfortunately the other commentators are right in that there are no plates or pans whatsoever. There are quite a lot of computers and Internet for 1Pound for 75minutes (+ wlan). About the queues at the reception: Just don't go there at check-out time (11am), then you don't have to wait at all! Conclusion: If you're looking for a cheap hostel in a very good location in London, and don't expect any luxury, this hostel is a good option.

Liked: My stay was wonderful. I was very doubtful to begin with when booking because of some of the reviews about bedbugs and icky things, but after arriving i was so so impressed with the hostel. I had a shower which was amazing. My bed was very comfortable and warm, Clean sheets is also a bonus. One improvement could be more pillows or thicker ones... but i just used my towel as a second pillow. The location was earls court which is a 2 min walk from the tube station which has the Picadilly line and District line, both of which were very handy! I would recommend this place to anyone who is willing to travel in england, it is definatly the best hostel in London in terms of Service, Cleanliness and safest. :)

Liked: the furniture was old and most of the things didn't seem to be clean, specially the carpet which was very dirty and the room had an unpleasant smell. the toilets were a bit less than ok and needed some attention to be tidy. the only good things were price and location, and the staff was helpful when needed

Liked: Location is ok for the price (Earl's Court Station, close enough to hyde park but you need to take the tube for sights like national gallery or tower of london). People actually live there for a big amount of time which means it's pretty messy in the rooms because there is clothes everywhere (and you're aloud to bring food in the rooms which is disgusting). Internet is cheap, the kitchen is ok, not enough showers and no breakfast.

Liked: This is a good hostel, very helpful staff, nice, clean bedrooms with lots of space. ONE big DOWN though: Be careful, the hostel does not provide any pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc... for cooking ! So if you're only staying for a few days and are not planning on buying all that stuff, you'll have to live on microwavable ready meals or sandwiches ! Kind of disappointing, and I don't think it would be expensive for the hostel to buy those things... I hope they will do it !
