Liked: I was astonished by the cleanliness of the property, but that will be very practice to be able to open the window and to have a microwave in the diner room.

Liked: The Property suited my plan of accomodation to be near to the city points. It always kept clean and is a perfect place for friends to have a pint together for a happy time. I enjoyed my stay and this place has added so many moments to cherish in future.. One day again will definately come back to enjoy it again.. Luv Rv

Liked: The location is great...nice staff. I totally recommend it...it´s my third time staying there. The breakfast is bad but everything else is quite aceptable considering the low price practiced.

Liked: Very small rooms. Bad system regarding available beds in the dorm, eg. missing blankets, your bed used as storage for luggage by the other guests in the room etc.

Liked: The location is great. But rooms are really small, we shared a room for 6 and there was no space at all. The window was broken and who slept by the window felt cold. The breakfast was poor, just milk and bread, no english breakfast as we expected.

Liked: My purse was stolen in London and the staff really went out of their way to help me and try to make sure I had money and could get on with my life. I think also it's in a great location and the WiFi was nice.

Liked: charge you 5 percent extra for paying by card. was bitten by bed bugs!!! beds very small and rooms cramped. 10am checkout was very early. one positive was kept very warm and goog location in nice area.

Liked: The location was good. It was a few blocks away from the red tube and the yellow/green tube. It was also next to Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens.

Liked: Very small and smelly rooms. It is nice to have a bathroom in the dorms though and it is a pity there is nowhere we can cook in the hostel.Change the lights in the rooms. The neon light is just a nightmare. It is like the light there is in the subway - agressive and cold. Otherwise the beds were pretty confortable.

Liked: The property is very neat and clean. Being opposite Kensington Gardens is good as it is a very good area. The staff were very helpful and the private double room is very competitively priced.
