 Location is pretty okay. Toilet is clean. Bed sheets are clean.

Good security, it has lockers in the rooms, staff helpful, it's in a nice area of London (right near Hyde Park), and right near Paddington Station (handy if you need to get to the airport). Also there's restaurants and shops a quick walk away. Only thing wrong with it really was that BOTH times I've stayed at this hostel (in different rooms) the toilet seats have been broken, so whenever you use the toilet the lid bangs against your back, which is annoying. Why doesn't this get fixed??? But apart from that, the place is clean, there is plenty of hot water in the showers, and a decent breakfast is included. I would recommend this place :-)

It was a very good value for the money we spent. I was travelling with my family, so I was a bit concerned about the children staying in a hostel, but we didn't have any problem, the place was safe and clean, and very quiet at night even if there is a barat the gound floor. The bar is cosy and drinks are cheap. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and informative. I've been working in hostels myself, so trust me, this hostel is highly recommendable.

It's goog that the breakfast is included. This is a quite clean and friendly place. It's quite easy to meet many people. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, malls around
