Liked: Clean, good location, ensuite bathrooms, dvd lounge, cute girls at reception, n daniel is a good barman..

Disliked: 30p loaf of bread at breakfast, no access to kitchen is a downer..

Liked: Location.Double room was fine!

Disliked: The dorms was very, very small... its very diffucult to move inside. For lockers, you should pay 1,5pounds each day.

Liked: I think that the breakfast needs improvement!It is NOT a continental breakfast when you just offer toast, 1 tast of jam, instant coffee and some corn flakes! I was also at the Smart Hyde Park in September for 3 days. It is terrible to eat 3 days long the same jam/the same corn flakes. There could be a little bit of ham, cheese, fruits, orange juice and 2 or 3 kinds of cereals. Than it could be called a continental breakfast.

Liked: We enjoyed that Smart Hyde Park View has a perfect location. We could go everywhere very easily although we didin't stay in the crowded center of the city. Despite this fact there is always something going on in the area. Another thing we liked a lot is the friendlyness and helpfulness of the staff!

Disliked: Although you cannot expect a five-star accomondation for the price one is paying there could be done some improvements the cost effectiveness could be easily increased by fixing the beds in room 609. We could not sllep that well due to the spueking of the bed by every movement.

Liked: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly especially Raquel and the other young lady who went 'the extra mile' to help everyone.I appreciated the help with bookings, directions etc - the whole atmosphere is very pleasantOther gentlemen staff were also very approachable and accommodating during the evening and morning - I shall definitely stay there again.

Disliked: The cost of using the locker facility £1.50 per day seems a bit steep - they are there already and many are not used - if one has large suitcases etc. If it were more reasonably priced, more people would use them

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: The staff are unfriendly and nobody there knows the meaning of good customer service (or even common courtesy). I was overcharged. It took 5 hours to get me a pillow. The bathroom light did not work. The beds were uncomfortable. They charge you a £10 deposit for the key.

Liked: can't speak highly enough of the staff in this place. everyone was friendly, courteous and went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience.room was nice and clean with a good ensuite. we had a private room which was far enough away from the dorms so we didn't have any dramas with noise.breakfast was quite good by hostel standards.location was good for us. hyde park is a stones throw away and close to shopping too. tube station only a couple of blocks away so gettin in to the city was easy.bar is open til 5amall in all, a great time was had

Liked: The location was great, walking distance to oxford street and tube stations. The surrounding area has a lot of grocery stores, cafes, internet cafes etc so its convenient. The hostel has laundry facilities which was the winner for us, and a really cosy common room that you can chill out in and use the wifi or watch tv while your clothes are washing. The crowd there seemed quite young, but it could have been because of the cheap drinks at the bar down stairs. The staff were very helpful and informative and the private twin room that we were in was great, nice spacious bathroom and comfy beds, and it was clean.

Disliked: The property was fine. It wasnt spectacular, but it was nice. We stayed in a Private Twin room for one night and it had everything we needed, no problems.

Liked: Very convenient to several metro lines, clean and comfortable beds. Ensuite in room. There is no lift and if you have heavy luggage you need to carry it up several flights of stairs

Liked: very friendly staff, beautiful buildung, great location, nice bathroom in the room, BUT coffin beds with curtains! only good if you like privacy more than breathing.

Liked: Coin plutot agréable just a cote de hyde park et de commerce en tous genres. plutot bien située car métro a 3 minutes qui rejoins le "centre" en a peine 10 minutes. les chambres sont propres et agréables. il n'y a pas de gros points négatifs vu les prix pratiqués. excellent rapport qualité/prix!

Disliked: pour ceux qui serait là pour regarder la télé c'est le point négatif mais ce serait dommages d'aller à londres pour cela.
