Liked: It is clean hostel, with good dining room and in good location BUT the rooms are too small, people sleep three above each other and so there is no space where to put your things. If you want to lock them in the only boxes which are there, than you have to pay 1,50 for one day. Also the price is not so convenient when they charge the taxes - and it is also more expensive during weekends!!! Be aware that the staff there claims the right to separate you into the different rooms which is not pleasant at all!!!! Which I found uncomfortable was that there was not any small corner where you could make your own tea or coffee. They simply want you to pay them for everything. In conclusion - It would be ok hostel if the price was lower, now it is not very worht for the money.

Liked: Very good location, Hyde Park just around the corner, private bathroom, lots of restaurants and shopping around the corner but elevator was out of order and we stayed in the third floor, so had to take the steps alle the time. window wasnt working too and out key card had to be repaired every day

Liked: If you need just some place to sleep, have hot shower in the morning and light breakfast, just get it, it is worth it. I've been to London for a 2 and half day training and only needed a place to sleep :)

Liked: The hostel is in an ideal location, near queensway station, perfect for the central line to oxford street & close to Paddington station. There is a nice local pub next door & you can through a stone to Hyde Park. Remember the main entrance is round the corner. The main problem with the hostel was that we were on the 4rth floor & there was no lift, so dont forget anything when you leave, as its a long way back to the top. The staff werent really chatty and the breakfast was cereal & toast which was ok for starting the day. Will stay there again.

Liked: I loved the helpfulness of the staff at this hostel. Not only did they repeatably help me, but they also helped book trains and looked up all sorts of information for other travelers. While I have no complaints about my stay at the hostel, I found the the location extremely difficult to find just using it's street address, because the building faces another street. However, for anyone reading this comment the hostel is only a ten minute walk from the metro station, if you stay on the main street that the metro is on, Bayswater and turn down Leinster terrace. If you do that you'll be just fine and enjoy the location much more.
