Liked: Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Stu the barman tracked down an electrical adapter for me when I misplaced mine and woke me up to get to the airport because I was without an alarm clock

Liked: the staff is very nice. kate, scott, all very friendly and always helping you. not overcrowded so people can actually talk to you and be nice

Liked: Had a very pleasant stay here. Very cheap bar with good service. This was a pitstop for me as I was looking for an apartment here. They were very helpful helping me extending my stay when I took a little while longer finding a place to live.

Liked: Great place, great price, great staff, especially stuart! Showers are very warm and the beds are comfortable- alot better than other places I've stayed at.

Liked: The beds were extremely comfy, got a great nights sleep. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and there was always someone there to help. Luggage room was good for personal belongings. The breakfast was really good value.

Disliked: There were no lockers available in our room, they were all already taken, so I had to leave my bag under my bed. There was no problem with this, but it would have been nicer to have locked my things up for piece of mind, as I did not know everyone in the room.

Liked: Nice and helpfulness staff, cheap but decent breakfast and good location.

Disliked: Rooms were small and the beds were quite unstable because they were in tree layers.

Liked: I enjoyed the location, with two big parks(Hyde and Regent's) nearby, tube stations, and a few good bars that had cheap but awesome food. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Disliked: Rooms are a tad tight, but so are most hostels. The triple bunks are not fun though, I was glad to not get one this time!

Liked: I like the atmosphere of the living room, the bar, and it`s location is quite good. Everything`s close. The staff was kind and helpful, made this visit pleasant. A perfect place to meet people, relax, and get comfortable with London, whatever might be Your reason for staying. I definately recommend Phoenix hostel.
