Liked: Good location, and good price,tidy room.

Disliked: My friend found two bees in her bed the first day. And our slippers disppared just in the room after the first night,it's really strange.

Liked: Staff were incredibly helpful, very nice and great for giving local information and direction. The facilities on offer were very good, there's a good selection of food for breakfast the rooms are spacious and have lockers.

Disliked: nothing

Liked: Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The hostel is in a good location, all the usual facilities you would expect from a very good hostel. Would strong recommend!

Disliked: breakfast is only served till 10:30

Liked: It was cheap.

Disliked: The bed mattress was okay but the triple decker bunk wobbled like a cross channel ferry in high winds. No kitchen. There is a microwave, though.

Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was a nice atmosphere at the bar downstairs. The bathroom and toilets were always clean.

Disliked: When we arrived we had to ask the staff to turn the radiator on but it took really long until it got warm in our room, probably also because of the thin windowpane. It was so cold the first two nights that we had to wear beanies (!) while sleeping. Furthermore it was really annoying that there were no coathooks at all either in our room or in the bathroom. Once they offered mouldy bread for breakfast.

Liked: Great place to stay! Atmosphere is excellent and all the staff were so helpful. Wireless internet and free computer use were fantastic and a big plus. Beds were clean and comfortable, later check out also good.

Liked: I love the raves and party atmosphere in London, the hostel has a 24 hour reception which is secure, and its in a central location close to the london undergound and bus station. Breakfast and the facilities at the lounge area downstairs are fantastic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: It was pretty cheap, had a computer to use, the staff were generally pretty helpful, cosy place with a cheap pub downstairs

Disliked: Didn't really have much atmosphere, a little far away from nightlife and most of the sights-nothing drastic though, the crowd was pretty boring when we were there

Liked: Breakfast was amazing! i was a bit unsure after hearing it was £1.50 but they had everything you could have wanted (lunch in London then cost me £8) Im not sure where comments on here come from saying it is dirty because there seemed to be peope cleaning all the time. Scott was very helpfull on reception and helped me plan out the best things to see in the short amount of time i had

Disliked: nothing really, they were painting one of the bathrooms but it looked nearly finished

Liked: Stayed here for 1 night, great location and easy to get to from the airports and train station. Lots of showers and toilets and the rooms are not crowded. Best thing about the hostel is the staff and the bar, they serve very cheap beer and wine till late a night. Would recommend alot!!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: Very welcoming atmosphere with lots of really great facilities. There's a bar lounge area downstairs with a large tv a comfy chairs, there's a fridge and a microwave. The location is amazing and the staff are sooooo friendly and outgoing

Liked: Location and the staff.

Disliked: This place is filthy! The bathrooms are dirty and foul. Unless you're lucky enough to use them just after they've been cleaned, the experience is disgusting. The showers are poor, and there is little pressure and tempermental hot water. The rooms are very small, dusty and dingy. There are lockers, but they're so small that only hand luggage fits inside.
