Liked: Great staff Stacey who works breakfast most of the time was great. Friendly staff overall and easy to meet people. Cheap drinks down stairs. Showers always hot. Close to two tubes and a tesco.

Disliked: No kitchen but did have refrigerater/freezer and microwave.

Liked: I loved the location, its atmosphere, safety, and the people who stayed there. and ofcourse Scott helped my out very much.

Disliked: low pressure showers.

Liked: Traveled from Switzerland last year with my friends and had some great nights at the bar with jonathan and nath. Love the bar and fireplace was great, drinks were really cheap!! Thanks guys for a great stay x

Liked: The bed and bathrooms were very clean. I appreciated that a lot. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was good. It was easy to find.

Disliked: I prefer an all-male dorm, and these were apparently all mixed. The location is probably good for some; my interests were more toward Trafalgar and Westminster, and it was a longish walk to those places.

Liked: Stayed here sometime ago. It has a really clean and friendly atmosphere and the facilities are superb!!! Thanks to jonathan for a great weekend going out at night :) Definetly made some great friends in england

Disliked: The hostel was going under some mantance at the time we stayed here

Liked: Decent location

Disliked: £3 charge for a towel and an additional £4 charge to use a tiny locker. There is no choice to use your own padlock either. It was also pretty dirty and the mattresses are awful. There was also a lack of atmosphere in the hostel with the staff not overly approachable. Probably the most overpriced hostel I've stayed in.

Liked: Location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful

Disliked: The building is pretty much falling apart and needs to be completely renovated. If you just want a bed in a central location the hostel is fine. If you want to stay somewhere comfortable with good facilities such as a kitchen and decent size, modern bathrooms and showers this is certainly not for you!

Liked: Very reasonable rates

Disliked: Didn't provide the best atmosphere for meeting other travelers. Room was very stuffy, making it hard to sleep.

Liked: The staff were really helpful here, very friendly! It's close to about three different metro stops so really easy to get around! I met some amazing people here but I guess that's just chance with hostels.

Disliked: The atmosphere in the hostel wasn't so good. I was lucky to have met some friends and we went out, but there's not a lot happening in the hostel. But i'm sure this changes as the people do. Really nothing that bad to say!

Liked: Good location, good price, after all its just a place to sleep and save some money.

Disliked: Scott the barserver seemed to need some help at some points, dealing with both the customers at the bar and the guests at the Hostel and there was no one to help him. Some beds were really squeaky, if youre a light sleeper it can be very annoying.

Liked: Bathroom was clean.. the people we met we great.

Disliked: We stayed in a 6 bed room and it was way to small!!! had to nudge bags to get to you bed way to many beds in the room for the size! It was stinking hot! The internet didn't work very well..

Liked: Location is brilliant, five minutes from Edgeware road and a small Tesco.

Disliked: The rooms were quite dirty, the beds very squeaky and the staff acted like they didn't give a monkeys most of the time. A loud Australian women acted like she ran the place and having to ask to go upstairs to your room every time got boring really fast. Despite the location, the Internet was USELESS. I think we managed to connect once over the whole period and no help was given at all. Probably give this a miss if you're planning on staying over one night.

Disliked: Internet would come and go and roommate there stunk up entire room and also had sex in middle of night right under me.

Disliked: bed was lumpy and hurt my back, other tenants also complained of this.

Liked: The breakfast was fine, and also the accomodations (showers, beds, rooms). It wasn't bad at all for being a hostel with shared rooms, so it was just fine in order to have a place to stay the night, and the price wasn't bad either.

Disliked: Its location wasn't really the greatest, as it was far from the city centre.

Liked: The property looks lovely from outside. When you get outta the tube turn left and keep walking for 3 minutes and there you go its on the left well handy. Jack the gay bar tender is soo lovely and the owner's a nice guy too.

Disliked: When you get inside you can tell it needs a total make over.

Liked: The rooms were fine. Staff were helpful and knew the area. I'd come back.

Disliked: not much to complain about. I only stayed one night and just slept for a few hours and was out the door after I showered.

Disliked: I had to leave my room earlier because of a default in the organisation. Suppose I wasn't lucky.

Liked: really friendly stuff, a lot of showers (the best one is on the 2nd floor!), cheap breakfast, microwave+fridge and cosy area to chill out, absolutely one of the best places to stay in london

Disliked: internet broke down every 5 minutes
