Liked: Location is very good. Three blocks from Big Ben and London Eye. Good to have a pub downstairs to meet other travellers

Disliked: Rooms are kind of small. There wasn't enough space to put the begs on the floor. Bathroom and toilet (especially) could have been a little tidier. But what I missed mostly was the lack of activities to gather people around. Basically the only space you see other travellers is during breakfast (maybe an unfortunate thing in my case was that during my stay the pub remained closed during the night for repairs and it is a main point to socialize). Some of the staff was very friendly and others seemed a bit indifferent (let the clients too loose)

Liked: the staff ! Everybody was so nice there, very friendly and helpful. thank you again guys !!

Disliked: no common area, except for the bar... which was closed for private functions when I was there... :( Other than that, very good hostel !!

Liked: The staff was so great! Alex was so helpful and very accommodating. Anything we needed or if they could help us in anyway they did. The rooms with 4 beds were very small but very clean. We also had a very nice bathroom near our room. The location was also awesome! Right by the London Eye and the Westminster area.

Disliked: There's nothing bad to say about this property. It had character and was what I expected for a hostel.

Liked: There were enough showers and toilets. Breakfast wasn't bad (cereal, toast, hot drinks).

Disliked: The very poor organisation and crass behaviour of one staff member. Staff changed by bed and room without telling me, disposed of toiletries as 'rubbish', tried to deny responsibility for this, refused to apologise. When I complained, their view 'if you don't like it' (i.e. staff throwing your stuff out) 'leave.' This attitude expressed at 11pm when nowhere else to go and they had, of course already taken my money. I was relocated to a dorm with a group of party-goers who really needed a room to themselves ( there were 5 - I was the sixth). Eventually I persuaded them to go out for the night so I could sleep. This hostel seems to suffer from very poor organisation, inconsiderate staff who mess you around and then don't lift a finger to solve the problems they've caused, responding to fair complaints with veiled threats. This is not pleasant and some of them really need to sort out their attitude towards paying customers. I should point out that I am an experienced traveler and that I regularly use hostels.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean and safe.

Disliked: This hostel is located directly next to Waterloo station, so if you don't like noise, don't stay here. The trains are extremely loud at most hours of the day.

Liked: great location! on the south bank, close to 2 tube stations and the london eye. nice, friendly and helpful staff. very enjoyable stay!

Disliked: it could have been a little been cleaner, there was a little noise from the trains but not an awful lot to keep you awake.

Liked: Nice staff!! Helpful and charming Nice location. Free simple breakfast. Free WiFi

Disliked: Crappy facilities. Filthy bathrooms, awful old and uncomfortable beds and also the linings were dirty rags. It sits beside a huge train station so it's noisy day and night.

Liked: I thought the location was excellent, easy to find, and a short walk from the tube station. I found the shower facilities good, i didnt have to wait for them at any point throughout my stay as there were plenty to choose from. The staff were all very helpful too!

Disliked: The only grumble i would have was the fact you could hear the train lines, but then again its what you expect for the location. Plus, they stop at midnight until 6.30 so it didnt really keep me awake through the night. The showers were fine, plenty of them so no complaints there. I would definatley stop again. When staying in the 16 bed room, I also would have liked somewhere to be able to dry and straighten my hair where i wasnt distrupting anybody else, but that wasnt a huge deal really.

Liked: la amabilidad en el trato y el que se habla castellano.

Disliked: Un poco ruidooso por la cercania del tren. Tapones disponbles si te molesta el ruido.

Liked: The staff is fantastic! They really help us in every situation and also are funny guys!

Disliked: They need an area for the travelers meet each other, because the pub downstairs of the hostel is rented for private parties.

Liked: The bathrooms were clean and didn't smell dirty. The location was fantastic. Right across the bridge from West Minister and around the corner from the Waterloo Train Station. Cubana down the street provides excellent night life.

Liked: the staff definetly was very welcoming and would help us with whatever we needed. it is near the tube, so you can go everywhere from there. it was very clean, never had to wait for a shower, and the breakfast was delicious!! :D

Liked: The staff are really great, and the location is super close to important sites like Westminister Abbey.
