We are a newly opened hostel near Waterloo Station, whose aim is to make you feel welcome on arrival, to give a safe and secure stay and to help you get the most out of your time in London.
We are the closest hostel to the London Eye and all the excitement of the Southbank. Westminster and Big Ben are only 5 minutes walk away.

Staff can offer information on London the ins and outs of getting around easly and quickly.

In addition, the downstairs of the hostel is a bar, where we offer a range of good food, drinks, SKY sports, books to borrow and a selection of games, making for a great night in after a days adventure. Even better, our location near Waterloo station makes it easy to return to after a long night out in London.

All rooms are dormitory style and have free lockers.

Location Information

The Walrus hostel is located very near to Waterloo Station on the corner of Lower Marsh and Westminster Bridge Rd. Lower Marsh is a pleasant market street with a large variety of Cafes, bars and Quirky businesses.
Our location is within a 5 minute walk to the London Eye, Southbank, and Big Ben.
10 minutes for Westminster Abbey, 20 minutes to trafalgar square and 30 mins to Tate modern. with easy bus links to Trafalagar Square, covent garden, etc.
