It is a small hotel with only fourteen rooms. The rooms are self-contained and accommodate most of peoples needs. So if you like what you have heard so far please take a look around this site to take a look at the rooms and location! Please NOTE that private rooms are in next door building No 37, the rooms are en-suite, but NO TV.Please Note that for the new years period, the minimum No of nights to book is 3 nights.

It is situated in the royal borough of Kensington and Chelsea.It is 10 minutes walk from holand park, 10minutes from Kensington palce and hyde park. 10 minutes from the natural history museum & victoria & albert museum. HARRODS stor neerby. 30minutes from heathrow airport. its in between earls court & gloucester road underground station. one minute walk from sainsbury's supermarket. In short we're in the best part of london centre.
