Customer reviewThe area was rather intimidating, but the hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. I would rather not communicate by telephone though, as it was a start of a big misunderstanding. However, the stuff was very helpful, I´m very pleased with the cleanliness (as every day our room had been cleaned and there was fresh towels waiting on our beds), breakfast was simple but lovely and the hotel was a short walk away from the nearest underground station. Things where I wish improvement are: telephone service (so at least the person answering the phone would mark down who had called or of what subject) and e-mail response (so at least the customer would get a response). Otherwise I´m very content of Euro Hotel Wembley. |

Kimberley DayGood value for money, clean, staff were happy to keep our bags in the reception for the day when we went around London for the day when we had checked out. Only bad thing was that the shower was only piping hot and could not stand under it or make cooler. |

Laura KoolWell, it was clean and each day our room was made clean. But the first question at arrive was: 'how would you like to pay?'. And they gave us wrong times for breakfast, so the next day we came at 9.05 am and they said: 'breakfast is done' and they closed the door. Not friendly at all!! |

Frans WoutersGood location close to Underground, not too far from major motorway. Nice atmosphere and character, not normal hotel lay-out. |

Customer reviewOn average it was quite good but it was only situated near to a railwayline and that made it a bit noisy. And with the breakfast I exspected a cooked breakfast especially beeing in England. But these were minor items for us. |

Customer reviewThe upside of it being so far from the center is that its a quiet and cheap district. There are shops nearby that sell really cheap clothes. For the two nights that the two of us booked through HostelBookers we got everything we paid for and more - it was flawless. When we told them we need to stay for another night they charged us a lot more and moved us to room 14, which is made of fail - the bed is actually a bunch of cabinets stuck together with a mattress on top, the windows are locked and their keys are missing, and the water doesn't drain away in the shower. Though, even then everything was squeaky clean. |
